Wendy's, Bartow FL

A perfect visit! The lady behind the counter came and took my order quickly and even smiled and said thank you for choosing Wendy's. Food was up instantly and hot even though there was 7-9 cars in drive thru. Counter was stocked with ketchup, napkins, etc. Food was great, restaurant was clean. For my expectations, I'll rate this experience a 10.

The service sucks the cashier has a attitude Need better training Need better training Couldn't satisfy customers order after bad order Also denied customers Very unprofessional talking to CO workers while taking my order Which caused me to leave because they were laughing and joking and didn't want my food to be tempered with so I left

I swear every night I go to this restaurant there’s something wrong with the order dayshift seems to be pretty great minus the attitudes

The customer service is better at this time. They usually have a friendly cashier working drive thru. The food is served hot and fresh. If not there's a here manager that handles customer issues well and I hope she's there if you experience an issue at this location.

Order was wrong. Ordered 2 family nuggets for the kids to share. I was given 2 orders of their spicy nuggets and kids could not eat them.too hot.not what I ordered after the football game.

This is one of best Wendy's to eat the food is good and always fresh this manager is very hard working her name is Tasha

Like most places short staff so we had to oder on a machine. Because we messed up didn't get what we wanted, but everything was very good

We ordered breakfast and had cheese on the side for one of the sandwiches. Our order was right, bacon was crispy and with friendly customer service.

Although Wendy's in Bartow has Always been busy; it seems to Always worth the wait absolutely. The drive through person didn't offer me the $5.00 bundle, but it was OK with me. I got what I ordered and was pleased.

Worst fast food I have ever bought! If I could give 0 stars I could. This Wendy's is horrible! Everything I have eaten here my order is always wrong and the food is gross. But tonight was it for me, I will never eat at this place again. My entire order was cold, tasted old, the nuggets were hard and chewy, and they got several things wrong. Literally the my whole family ended up not eating it, such a waste of money. If your thinking about eating here just DON'T! You will regret it.

I came to this location and ordered an Asiago Ranch club with no tomato. I was given a plain chicken sandwich. I told them about the mix up. Instead of giving me a new sandwich they just gave me the toppings in a burger wrapper and told me to put it on myself. Understandable.but really?

Nest fast food breakfast out there i swear! Always got good customer service and fast with getting the orders out the window!

This is the only fast food restaurant where I seem to have issues paying with my MIDFLORIDA card. I've had this issue twice so far and had to pay cash. Shortly after attempting to pay with card I got a text notification from the bank that was a fraud alert at this Wendy's. I'm definitely not buying food here again with any form of bank or credit card, I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either.

This spicy chicken sandwich is not worth the 4.53$ not going to order this again from this location. Wendy's as a corporation should be ashamed of their food.

I went through the drive-through today I ordered a few different things and also ordered a chicken sandwich. I asked that the lettuce tomato, mayo be put on the side because I have to work and I don't want my food to get soggy before I'm able to eat it. I even tipped the drive-through cash ear over $5 being it's Christmas Eve. And I get to work open my sandwich about to eat it and here I have a dry a** chicken sandwich. I am at
work with nothing to eat. I even explained to the cashier

The manager that worked this past Monday night, I didn't get her name, was very friendly, patient and even gave me a new burger for my son even though they had not messed up the order. My other son ate my youngest burger by mistake. I highly appreciate the staff and recommend this wendys.
