17We went online and ordered, which was easy and had discounts that made it cheaper. When we got there, our food was fresh, hot, and good to the taste.
This location has stepped up their game, I was greeted immediately as I approached the counter, customer service was outstanding and very helpful since I had questions. I believe her name was Julia, Kudos to her for service with a smile and excellent customer service skills! The apple pecan salad with grilled chicken was delicious and a great value! Good job to everyone else who prepared our food in a timely manner especially since they were busy! The drink station was clean and organized. I didn't have to clean the table before eating either.
For the most part they have very good customer service no wait usually for drive through or walk in
John was very helpful with my order and everyone is super nice! Management is chill really recommend
Went to dinner with my daughter and the food was good but the female staff were cursing up a storm to each other and loud, felt bad for the other guests that were trying to eat and enjoy the evening with their loved ones. Could not believe the lack of professionalism from them and the common curiosity of the customers present. Definitely no work ethics. It's such a shame how the workforce lacks the ethics that people are supposed to uphold. 7/28/23 @ 9: 38p
Very rude went to drive throw asked for the 10 piece nuggets and she's giving me the price already like can I please have fries to then go to pay and just no personally didn't say a word.they should really train them in customer service since they are working Wirth people.so better Wendy's.and the food was cold
I walked in JUST as it was time to switch ghe menu's. I asked which they were serving and was told, "Depends on what you want. " I asked, "You Are serving lunch? " Her: "Yep, as soon as the cook is ready. What do you want? " I look at the menu, said, "Lunch" She said "Ok, what? " I pointed at the menu, to which she responded, "We have chicken & burgers. What do you want? "
I GET fast food joints have chicken & burgers, BUT *I* Haven't been to a fast food joint in THREE years! I'd LIKE to see a menu!

Ordered burgers but got Chicken. Too many people in line so I just ate it. Really like the senior free drinks
I enjoy Wendy’s as a whole. I used to get breakfast pretty often. However, my last time I got it there was plastic cooked into the food and I had definitely taken a couple bites before realizing that’s what it was. It definitely didn’t make me want to get breakfast there again. Overall I’ve been many times and hadn’t had an issue so I can’t mark them down completely.
Staff is very poorly managed.barely can get an order together correctly, and the superviser that is little to no help you can be heard yelling at your staff through the drive through speaker. Which is unprofessional as hell on top of being short and rude to customers at the window.
First food was cold, and then they shorted us a burger when we went back thru they acted like we were lying about missing food!? When it costs $9.00 for a cold burger I at least want what I paid for.
It is always busy but they are quick with service food is always hot and ready to eat clean always inside this is the only Wendy that I go to try it put for yourself.

This is what I I'm talking about when I talk about customer service. The manager came out and dried off a table for me. He noticed that the table was still wet after one of his employees just had wiped it down. He also employs people with disability. I am glad this Wendy's is a part of my community. All right, they twisted my arm to write this when I found out that they gave out free sodas to seniors. I'm just kidding about them twisting my arm.
Wendy's there all all pretty much the same. All though the manager was yelling at this kid for doing his job. Kid was respectful and she kept on him. He put all the food that was ready in the bag and told us he was waiting on fries and he went to help another customer at the register and she would not let up of this kid.
I ask 3 timesaving the drive through for lettuce, tomato, picked, onion, and mayo on my sandwich and I got home and had a plain chicken with cheese on it they really need to work on costumer service for sure.
Very Rude to Costumers Burgers were covered in mustard and ketchup, Chilli had no meat and very little beans tomato soup basically. Came back next day to speak to Manager and was told there is nothing that can be done about it and if I did not have the recite then I was not going to receive a refund or make the order right.
