Wendy's, Lake Worth Beach FL

Great service today! I got chicken nuggets and one cheeseburger. Warm and delicious, and the burger came with extra ketchup just like I requested. Thank you to all who work here, you're great!

Most Wendy’s are horrible but this one is amazing! The people are so nice and polite. And super fast! They don’t mess around at this one. You get hello and thank you back. Food was correct and hot. I will travel a little further just to come to this Wendy’s!

My biggie bags were on point and for the first time since signing up for rewards…they actually understand it so I was to scan my rewards. Most Wendys I have been to have no clue about the rewards.

I decided to try the breakfast after seeing many ads for it. For starters the cashier either didn’t know the menu or didn’t know how to use the POS system and was just generally rude. I was the only car in the drive thru, I was only ordering for 1 person and it took 5 minutes for him to take my order and another 5 just to get my food. Coffee is stale and burnt tasting and their breakfast is just okay, nothing special, which is super disappointing for all the hype it got.

I waited 13 minutes for a Dave's double with cheese and ketchup only. Had to pull up and wait. Burger came out piping hot, very fresh. I was very happy. But the fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Sucks because I genuinely love Wendy's (and not a fan of other fast foods) and they guarantee fresh hot fries. But the burger was delicious so at least that was on point.

Second time I have had issues here first time ordered a meal large and they gave me small fries Today I went and ordered the 6.00 meal that comes with a double stack 4 pc nuggets small fry’s small drink and kid frosty plus I ordered a 6 pc nugget meal and when I get home there was no 4 pc nuggets in the bag. I had to tell her to give me my drink that came with the meal because they forgot that I should’ve have known better to check and make sure everything was there Update 3 rd and final time of coming here ordered 6.00 goool meal again Same issue they gave me a small fry and when I pointed it out to them she says you ordered a large drink When have you ever went to Wendy’s and ordered a meal and made it large did they ever just think you wanted a large drink only. They need to get some one in here that knows what’s going on this has been my third time in a row and nothing but issues

One person ordered in front of me. One other person waiting for order. Person taking orders never acknowledged me, went to back to prepare an order. 4 people working back there. I waited 10 minutes and left without ordering.

Just so slow. Half the time I pull in and see more than one or two cars I just leave. Inside seems to be just as slow

I’ve truly given this location 3 tries or more.

1st time the nuggets weren’t fully cooked, 2nd time their was ants in the food, 3rd time nuggets was cooked again and the burger had fuzz in it. No longer going here always makes all of us sick somehow one way or another. Nothing with Wendy’s but the people who work there etc need to learn how to do certain things.

Messed up my whole order. Both of my burgers did not have tomato, ketchup, mayo, and onions. Ridiculous

Till this day I cant tell why sometimes it is soooo good, and sometimes not even close to that.

The restaurant was clean. The Frosties were good but not firmly hard. The thing that bothered me the most was I asked for a receipt for my card that used for purchase. I was told was not possible! To me that is very bad and not acceptable!

The outside needs the lights either turned on or some additional lighting, the place looks dark which made us feel unsafe.

I had the bacon egg and Swiss croissant meal for breakfast. I enjoyed the sandwich, especially the melted Swiss, but next time I will try the biscuit instead. I didn’t like the potatoes, they were over fried and had seasoning that tasted like curly fries. The service was quick and good.

Ordered on the app for pickup in the drive through. They forgot to give me two drinks plus a 4 piece chicken nugget. Gave me the drinks then someone else behind the counter started arguing that she had put the nuggets in the bag. Likely she put them in someone else's bag and not mine. I went through the bag again and said they're not here. The woman at the counter finally gave them to me with a lot of attitude. Mobile ordering should make things easy for staff to check off when fulfilling an order. And a smile and a pleasant hello goes a long way as well!

This will be the last time I come to this Wendy's I have had numerous experiences trying to get spicy chicken and getting one that looks like it's been sitting there for 3 hours
