Wendy's, West Palm Beach FL

Everytime I've ordered here they either give me someone else's food or just half my order

When we first walked in, we received some strange looks. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed we walked in to have breakfast. We tried to order and the person at the register cut us off. They were having technical issues so we waited but they would not explain to us what was going on. The place smelled like dirty water and the service was poor. DO NOT GO HERE.

This dining was really bad because when we went there we order our food but it did the lady that works there. She messed up our order and also another man’s order and it was so bad because she was arguing with her customers and she was really rude and when People was ordering, she was talking to someone else and it was just so bad. The service was really bad

Cant understand people speaking, sounds like they're eating while working and the potato must be hot in their mouth, they cant pronounce words.

Things have become so much better now with the new staff. There is a guy that works the night shift that's great.

They never get anything right. Never have any items on the menu for some reason. And apparently they dont know how to read order because I am always missing items, happened twice in a row. I am hoping they close for bad management, bad employees. No organization, ghetto at its maximum Wendy's.

** TIME TO HIRE A (WHITE) Competent manager. This store is full of black Africans that barely know what they are doing!

Pull up to the drive thru and no one there to take your order not even busy. Second visit after waiting long time they give me a breakfast sandwich with NO EGG AND CHEESE!

Only 1 star better than McDonald's but the same advice. Stay clear of this junk food restaurant

I was actually going through it at one point in my life and this Wendy’s in particular and the staff there wouldn’t judge me or complain that I would sit there for hrs on end because of my car running out of gas or whatever the case may be. The staff would ask if I needed anything, Feed me when I couldn’t feed my self and just always looked out

Tried their hot and spicy chicken on the turnpike rest area and it was great added another place it was great I got it from this location and it absolutely sucked probably will never go there again

This is the worse Experience at this restaurant. Even with the manager running the front register. I do not recommend this place. Plenty of fast food chains in the area with better service. DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD!

The chicken breakfast sandwich is really really good. I gotta have one at least 3 times a week

Terrible service. Drive thru line is very long. No one is taking orders they have on headsets. Upset customer caused a scene to where police had to be called

This place has yet to get an order right since we moved here a year ago. We now expect a 30+ minute stop when we come here. Food is equivalent to any other Wendy's.

One of the worst Wendy's I've ever been in. Along with the bad customer service they don't ever get the orders right and there's always something wrong going over there. New management ia required!

Very nice eat in area although lately, they've closed the dine-in area. Good food for fast food. Little bit of a line during our visit at night because the interior is closed so drive thru line is a bit of wait. Bring your patience.

We went to grab a couple of burgers for the family and they were short staffed. Line was wrapped around the block and when we started ordering we were rudely interrupted and told we can’t order more food because they’re short staffed. If you’re that short staffed, close for the day. Simple as that. Won’t be coming back to this Wendy’s. Plus the cook had her phone in her hand on speaker the whole time she was preparing food. Come on now.
