Wendy's, Pompano Beach FL

The lady who took my order gave stellar service. Especially when I couldn't get my app to work correctly. I will be going back. Loving the peppermint frosty it's off the chain.

Food took a little long but manager took initiative and gave free fries and drink to compensate for long wait time. Which was unexpected but appreciated.

How can you offer an apple & pecan salad but not provide the pecan packet? Called both numbers listed, surprisingly, no one answered.

The service was not good. The fries taste old and like they put then back in the grease to recook to give them out

I found this location a little below even average standards for a fast food restaurant. The lobby and bathroom needed to be cleaned properly, and the food was a little cold and over cooked (Wendy's Double and Fries).
I also found it odd that they keep everything behind the counters.like condiments, napkins and straws. I think the reason for that is the high traffic of transient/homeless people in the area and business.
I was approached multiple times for food and money in the business and area. I'm used to this kind of thing from work.but if you're looking for a quick family meal I do not recommend this location all around.

Food was alright.didn't get our frosty we ordered but didn't have time to go back. Pretty long wait time approx 35 to 40 min for 7 cars

My friend went in for a milk shake and no one said hello, or asked her what she wanted so she walked out.

The young people at the store horrible over the speaker phone but once I got to the window they were really polite and have me extra salad dressing and candied pecans they're APPLE PECAN SALAD IS REALLY GOOD THERE

Lately Wendy's is taking forever to fill their orders. Along with that this particular location is tucked away in a hotel parking lot making it difficult to access and leave. Food was yummy experience was not fun.

We waiting in the drive thru lane for about 4 minutes. No one acknowledged us or asked to wait a minute. After several hellos someone answered and stated that they were only accepting cash. The eft card reader was broken.

Absolutely the WORST service you could receive at any business. Will never return to this location. I'd mu h rather drive 10 more minutes to the next ine since it's a guaranteed 30 minute wait in line every time. Then after that you're greeted with terrible service. No Thank you.

We sat here behind another vehicle at the window for over 10 min just to get to the window to be given hard as rock, completely burnt fries, not once but twice.the second set of fries were even more burnt. 3rd tome aroundz a disgruntled employee came out to delivery me more burnt fries.horrible experience. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME MY SPRITE. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
