At least use Wheat Bread!

I have been to this location many many times and it never fails to disappoint me. It's usually because they are out of something from my order. I have been told on different occasions that they were out of hamburger buns, cheese, bacon, hamburger patties, croissant rolls, and frosty's. Twice now I have gotten gravy and biscuits from this location and received two biscuit halves floating in milk with a couple crumbles of sausage on top. It is nowhere near actually gravy. Today they didn't tighten the lid so I ended up with a bag full of this milk concoction with my potato wedges and sandwich floating in the stuff too. I will never go back to this location. Luckily I have never had any of these problems at their other locations.

Something shady going on with the employees here. Charged me for something we didn't get but gave us our order and told us we were given a better price

These people makes me mad because everytime I order online they confirm my order and by the time my dasher gets there they are closed even though they still have 30-35 minutes of being opened. As a worker you are supposed to work until your closing time. I really hope this issue is fixed. Or I will be reporting this time issue to doordash and have them sort it out.

My daughter love Wendy's but this Wendy's definitely needs updating and every other day the register is down so cash only or they close early. I don't know. The food is still good but it's ran poorly.

The manager is an arrogant boss, my wife asking for the juice options for the kids and he comes from the other corner saying there is only juice is juice, no flavor. You can tell he doesn't really know his business and how to treat customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS LOCATION.

They advertise hot and crispy fries guaranteed? Far from it, fries were barely warm, and they were wilted like mush, and tasteless!

Great they had a great and friendly staff, the food was quick and fresh. With how busy it was I was expecting longer it has gotten a lot better lately

Store says open until 1am but at 12: 35 they were closed and my online order I made at 12: 02 was never made lazy staff no work ethic at all corporate needs to address this issue

Ratchet and low level skilled employees working there. And the cashier literally had her fingers inside of our cups while she was filling it up. Something tells me I shouldn't be dining with this particular location anymore. I'm going to follow my intuition.

We had take-out but it was the best Wendy's burger I've had in a long time. It reminded me of the 90's when fast food was really good.

Love their salad. I have visit various Wendy's for lunch and their salads are always fresh. I go at least twice a week for lunch and highly recommend their combos and love their coffee.

Does anyone work there. I am sitting in the Drive-through for 10 minutes and haven't taken anyone orders. @ 4: 22 pm on a Friday

I love this Wendy’s and visit it often for their chili however the last couple times I have went there are more beans in it than meat and it is more soup like. Otherwise I would give it five stars. Quality has gone down.

Brian, Richard, and Gina are great workers and they always make sure your food is hot and fresh!

I visit your Gus location quite often and earlier this week I wasn’t pleased with my meal. I called up and immediately Rose and Latisha took care of me! They are both so friendly and personable. Great assets to have working for you!

My breakfast Baconator was pre-made and then microwaved. As hot as it was they had to nuke it for more time than it would have taken to make it fresh. The potatoes tasted like they had been deep fried with a dead rat. The coffee was very weak.

I came all the way from Connecticut and when I tell you this is literally the most polite, courteous, fast, and organized Wendy's I've ever been too i mean it 100 percent! Me and my lady were shocked at how nice and on point the people at this Wendy's were! They get you right in and right out as well. Absolutely the best Wendys in the USA.

The portion has been getting smaller and smaller no so happy about it plus too often I get the wrong order
