Not patient enough to listen to the order. They should probably consider changing the cashier

Slow service. Like most places but no large cups. Fries was cold. Only got one oatmeal bar paid for two.

I have visited this place 4 times and they always treat me in a bad way and they never want to give me the ride.the worst place to eat!

It’s Saturday at lunchtime, June 8th. I ordered a double Wendy’s hamburger meal, when I got it the burgers were dry and cold the fries were cold and lifeless. The french fry container says hot and crispy guaranteed, they’re not! Worst experience I’ve had in many many years.

The staff is typically friendly and the food is usually within expectations for a Wendy's. I had a great experience. However 1 star off because my coworker had a significant wait for his meal. I would give it another chance willingly though.

Food was great, service could be better.people need to better understand the English language when dealing with customers.

Typical throw it out the window at u and slam window shut in your face before u can ask for salt or ketchup. Very low quality service and rude window lady. Quality of food was low for even fast food. Put together very very sloppy

I wait 25 minutes for 2 hamburgers, really bad experience, and the explanation was we are short of personal.
When I'm in home ready for eat a piece of plastic in my hamburger.

They were short staffed and drive thru was backed up but the woman who took my order was awesome. She never got mad or rude. When I got to the window I could tell there was only two or three people working. Wish I knew the woman's name because she deserves a raise. She never lost it. She was very professional. Kudos

I generally love Wendy's. But this Wendy's was the worst one I've been to. I was visiting Jacksonville and staying at a hotel with my family by this Wendy's. It was 6 of us. It was after 9 and most of the restaurants were already closed so fast food was my only option near the hotel. When I drove up to the drive thru, I waited about 5 min to place my order. They were out of salads and baked potatoes, which was half of the order. So I start ordering spicy chicken sandwiches. 3 in total. But they told me they only had 2 available at the moment and I would have to wait 6 min for the third. So I got something else to avoid the wait. I also ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers for my kids. When I got to the window, I paid and then waited about 10 for them to come back and tell me that they had only 1 chicken sandwich and I would have to wait 6 min if I wanted the other one because they had just dropped them! What? They offered me to get a homestyle chicken sandwich in its place and was agreed so. And then another 10 min passed before I even got my food! I didn't understand what was going on. 20+ min waiting for food and 5 min to actually place the order. I spent, literally, about 30 min at wendys in the drive thru. After I got back to the hotel room, I realized my fries were all only half full, the cheeseburgers weren't plain and had everything on them and most of the food was cold. I didn't go back but when i was there the employees didn't give 3 craps about their incompetencenot my inconvenience. Worst Wendy's trip ever.

Not as good as usual, but I was informed that the entire crew was new. My problem was that when I went through the drive through I had to come inside twice to get my order correct. However they offered me a free frosty and upgraded my meal, so I'll give another chance.

Second visit to this store first visit they gave me complete wrong order was on lunch break so missed lunch that day didn't have time wait another 45minutes for a burger. Second visit stood at register 30mins and still my order not taken. Highly do not recommend this wendys unless you have a hr to wait.

Family friend has a large until tomato tomato was on the food food with hard and cold frosties was melted before we got them put the food back they said they couldn't do anything

So easy ordering on the app showed up and food was ready, and fresh. Everyone was nice and made sure I had everything I needed.

First I want to say how incredibly slow the services at this location. I made a mobile order and said that I was there when I was 10 minutes away. When I got to the location I still wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. I just got back to work just to find out my order is wrong. You people want $15 an hour? You are garbage.

Completely messed up my order 10 peace nuggets come with 7 pub fries come with no fork, and five burgers just sloped together 3 chicken sandwiches come with lettuce and mayo i paid for cheese and added mustard couldn't get that right worst 24$ I have spent please get that store under control

Honestly starving is a better option than coming here. I repeated my order 6x! Six. And she just kept getting it wrong. It was literally a daves single and fries. I asked for my receipt when I paid she said it's at the next window. Next window said they don't have it. Fries were disgusting and I just threw them away.

Can someone there please explain to me why I was asked to go through the drive through because they didn’t have anybody to operate the dining room pos. He had a freakin headset on for taking drive through orders but counts take my order. I wanted to eat inside because I just cleaned my car and I don’t want to eat in it. Went there a couple days ago to eat in the dining room and waited in line for what seemed close to ten min because the person in front of me had multiple orders. The manager was talking to some guy at the pick up window and she saw me waiting. Do you think she would have taken my order. NOOOOO! Two times I went there for lunch and walked out. Never again. Don’t know how you get the positive reviews you get. Maybe there’s just a rain cloud over my head or something. NEVER AGAIN!

Great visit food was fresh and hot. Cashier was very attentive and had my refill for my drink ready for me to walk out the door. Keep up the great work.
