Wendy's, Miami FL

I go to Wendy's often and look forward to it. Never go to this location. I saw the night manager spit in my food and tell her staff she was going to.

Such a poor managed restaurant. I come every Saturday to pick up lunch for my parents. 9 out of 10 Saturdays, there are no baked potatoes. Why not just say you don’t make them any more.

July 18,2023 around 10: 30pm Night shift Manager …… pulled up to the drive-through to pick up a order I was saying Hello for 10-15min **no responded** (mind you I’m the only Car at the speaker And at the drive-through) so I pulled up to the drive through window She told me to go back to the speaker with a bad attitude when I was already at the window all I had to do was just give her my name so I can you get my order. Lack of management, slow workers and absolutely nobody on the cashier station. DO SOMETHING! NOBODY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS, IM VERY SORRY ABOUT BRINGING YOU MONEY LUL

Whoever actually leaves a good review for this wendys must be either because they work here or because they are just as disgusting as the workers here. The only reason I come to this Wendys is because it is close to my job. The service here is TERRIBLE. The workers are beyond rude and all have an attitude. The manager alone is a disgusting lady with dirt under her nails and poor attitude. Non of the workers here have ever treated me well and I am here often. They never greet you at the drive thru, they rudely just say to wait, never a thank you or bye. They get mad when you ask for something THEY forgot on your order. My orders are always missing something and I have to ask. The one time I actually went inside, it smelled like a mix of vomit and dirty mop. The food is always stale and tastes like the oil hasn’t been changed in a month. (And I really doubt they regularly change the oil since everyone here is dirty, irresponsible and lazy). I’ve also seen a lady touch my fries with her bare hands NO GLOVES after touching money.

I just called to ask a question about a delivery I made and the person picked up said hello and immediately hung up. Because I had a question!? Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This location is horrible, they close when ever they want, not the scheduled closing hour 3AM, they never give you a receipt, cause you might do a bad review on it i am sure it’s again city regulations, very shady, they say their recent printer is not working for 1 yr already.not pleasant manager, they closed early claiming they don’t have staff.

The attention of the girl in charge of the Drive thru office was terrible, rude, she even yelled at me, I will never return to this place and I do not recommend it.

The dining area wasn't open at and wasn't able to get food. I just went to the McDonald's near. The workers there don't care one bit come off as rude or nonchalot

The fries could have been a little fresher, it was a few homeless people in there I guess because it was raining and the employees was doing to much talking to each other with customer that need to ve taken care of

This is the worst drive thru experience in fast food I have ever had, and I waited 45 mins for McDonald’s before. The person that served me was super rude, refuse to give me extra sauce (when she only gave me one), and then slammed the drive thru window at me.

I just left here around 10 was their for 15 minutes I know that Alex not the Supervisor no more because this place ain’t the same fast great quality food as it used to be burnt fire doubled dipped fish grease on nuggets nasty

1 Star because I cannot 0! It is the worst Wendy’s in Miami! 4 of my last Uber Eats orders were heavily delayed (1 hour), wrong or cancelled after waiting. It is not so difficult, just a good manager and a little bit of better organization and the business can run well. NOT RECOMMENDED AS IS NOW, NEVER ORDER HERE!

They treated me well, I don't know how the food was because I bought it for someone else but they had a good offer, I liked the place.

The manager at nite great person very kind person the only bad experience the bum go into the bathroom and leave the stink in the bathroom and it comes out all the way to the dinning room

There was a manager that was treating there coworkers and customers bad screaming at them cussing at them the place was horrible I will never go there again

Rude service, waited half an hour to order then they told me to wait another hour or cancel the order. I do not recommend

There have been several occasions this week where the employees that work late night have turned off the drive thru lights and hid inside the restaurant to avoid working. I am a driver for DoorDash and have been sent orders to this store, after I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and had to call DoorDash customer service. As I left I saw 2 employees through the glass door, they were crouched down below the counter hiding from the patrons inside. Whoever was scheduled to work on may 1st at 2: 00am should be fired immediately. It’s a waste of my time as a delivery driver and any potential customers.

Never had so many complaints in 1 visit ever that’s a new low for these people but here it is, the girl takes forever to take my order, tried to charge me for a medium combo when I clearly said small, doesn’t give me a receipt with my order and when I ask for one her answer is, “We don’t give out receipts, almost gave me the wrong order, didn’t give me a straw with my drink and on top of all that the food was terrible! Really badly cooked! Never coming here again EVER! This place is the worst!
