I love the food man like the meat is so perfect but is so boring inside thats why maybe all the people that buy there are in the auto

I was able to get all my food fresh without asking and it was amazing! No complaints about this location… Every time I go I get excellent service…

I dont care how good the food may be, but if the service sucks the whole experience is no good. A young lady with braids took my order if you can call it that. This young lady had no desire to do her job, no energy no customer service skill what so ever.

Having the order stand separate from the counter doesn't make any sense in my opinion. No one is there when you walk in and your often ignored until you ask if anyone is taking orders.

Everything about this Wendy's experience was horrible. I stopped by on my way going home after work. It's 11pm and I thought this would be a quick stop, however I lied to myself. I waited so long to even order. I repeated my order 3 times. Once I ordered, staff acted confused as if they were stalling while the order was prepared. I paid and asked for a receipt. That was another waiting period. I waited for a staff members signal for me to pull up. When I received my order, and my receipt my order was wrong, the bacon on my fries and my nuggets almost broke my teeth because it was so hard. Only thing that was correct was the sauce I requested. Next time I'll just pass go and collect $200 or eat a bowl of cereal.

As usual, when you use the Drive-thru, you get what no one else wants. I need to open up the burgers be for I leave the window, and not at work.
Also I don't know how they managed to put fresh hot fries on top of old cold ones.
Back to Burger King.

This time it took a bit longer than usual to get out orders taken even though there was no one else in line. Also, the self serve come machine was mixing the flavors wrong.

Dave's Double Combo with a Diet Vanilla Coke (where Coke Freestyle is available) always rocks! Drive thru going from Miami to Fort Myers. Great service and I was back on the road in minutes!

Line was long in the drive-thru, but these guys were working efficiently. Ordered some food for my daughter, because she was super hungry, and it didn't disappoint. She got her french fries fix and we were happily on the way home!

Food is good. Orders are correct. If you go inside the cashier that is there around noon time wouldnt say hello or thank you if her life depended on it. I've been there several times recently.

Gave us the soda in those cardboard dispensers soda went all over my skirt n seat, not even an apology in fact, she moved from the window. Did not offer napkins the lid was opened was not closed properly, she knew I was mad. Shame you can't own your mistakes. Shame. You guys keep getting worst n worst on your service, check your burgers lately they are half done and you can see the red me as t which = bacterias.

It was pouring cats and dogs. The nice young lady let us pull to the window. 1 it was loud I don't think either parties could hear. 2 the window has small awning just opening my window at intercom drench my door and my left side. Bless her soul. I think she was multi tasking because of smaller staff at the moment. Very prompt, kind, and that's two qualities any business employee should have. There are others may very well. Like I said prompt we weren't waiting long and at least one car in line behind us.

Order wrong in multiple ways. Asked for extra salt on large fries, got no salt on small fries. Asked for 2 kids meals, got 1. Asked for large Coke, got medium Dr. Pepper or something (not Coke). And no receipt.

Worst Wendy’s ever! The girl who took my order was extremely rude. She even made a sound like I was bothering her while ordering. And my order was 2 items only…not a big order. The guy who gave me the order didn’t even talk to me. No “hi”, “thank you” or “have a good one”, nothing. For sure never coming back what a horrible customer service! I left not believing what just had happened…not giving you my money FOR SURE! Not even a $2 order.

Lemonade tastes like water. Awful customer service. The cashier will talk to you like you’re an issue. Guys in the pick up window talking to each other but won’t have manners to you. Hire new people or give them a good training…
