18By far the worst experience I've ever had! I waited for 20 minutes in their drive-through because their system was down. Had a $2 off coupon that they couldn't take, didn't offer a solution to the problem at all. I'm sure the food was stone cold so I left very frustrated hungry and upset with this location and I will not be back.
Fresh cooked food, great price, clean store. Super friendly staff, even helped me carry my stuff to the cab.
We like Wendy's as a better quality fast food but this location does not get orders right. I've stopped counting the food we've paid for and not received. We avoid going to this East Bay Tricity location. Is there hands on management and quality control over orders out the window? Does design/setup, the narrow sill, the constant need to cross side to side, set the employees up to fail?
Frosty and fries. Need I say more? New fries are delicious and drive through was unexpectedly quick.
The best fast food restaurant. Chicken honey biscuits are awesome. Their dollar biscuits are so good as well coming bacon or sausage.every breakfast item I had has been good.

I could guarantee you don't wanna come to this place. The crew that works there specially in afternoon is total mess, total mass they will mess up your order up in a heartbeat they will not talk to you, they don't answer their phones I try to call them nobody's picking up the worst place ever
Do not go to this place ever this place is disgusting they will mess up your order every time you go there they got people working from prison and jail that have no brain cannot multitask cannot get you order right ever do not ever go to this place unless you want to lose your money or get your order messed up.
Would have given him a five but they think the drive-thru is more important than front counter and make you order through the kiosk I do not work for Wendy's why am I doing their job
The drive thru service is getting better every time I make a purchase. Kudos, Wendy's on East Bay Drive! I'm guessing from order to p/u, the time is no more than 6-10 minutes.
Slowest Wendy's in town, 38 minutes for my mobile order. I should have left but they already took my money. No easy way to cancel on the app: (. I would have had to dispute my credit card.
I think someone dropped the whole container of salt on my fries. They were SOOOO salty I couldn't even eat them. Very disappointed.
I ordered on DoorDash and they refused to give the driver the drink that I PAID FOR. I guess they were too lazy to get it. There’s a reason why these people don’t deserve $15 an hour.
You know EVERYTIME i go there, no matter what time of day or night, i always order the same thing Dave's single, extra onions, combo.the staff are always really nice.burger is ALWAYS hot.its always worth any wait in line, i don't mind, cause it is the burger ever
Great looking store. I would have given them 5 stars but I had to wait awhile. They should have both registers open during the lunch rush. One register is unacceptable.
OMG I was in the Drive Thru in uniform.but could not find my wallet. I was.counting all my toll money and was about $3 short. The Wendy's team comp'd my entire meal!

Worst Wendy’s ever! Horrible customer service & that is everything when delivering fast food service. Worst experience & will be contacting corporate. They have you waiting in long drive thru lines, don’t provide receipts, then served me a raw burger, tried getting the burger corrected & instead the rude nasty manager refused to open the lobby door to simply take the burger & correct it & instead insisted that I had to wait in the drive thru line mind you a line that wrapped all the way around the building after already waiting 30 min to order food, get food & then another waiting 10 min at a door to be ignored & disregarded. That is when I called & was then told I had to wait in the line. Horrible horrible customer service & mind you had a full staff of employees. This is not the place to go eat for a quick stop your better off going into a restaurant cause this is not fast food & their service to customers are unprofessional. They definitely were able & capable of simply taking the burger to remake it then pass it back to me thru the lobby. They need a new manager & one that can actually manage her crew correctly as well! I would’ve given no stars!
