17Usually the people at Wendy’s are friendly. But unfortunately not this time. I’m noticing that people just don’t really care if you get the right order or if food is missing. They barely speak to you when taking your money or giving you your food. I know it’s probably not the ideal job. I worked in fast food restaurants when I was younger. Some people can be rude. So that’s why I make a point of being nice.
I was in the drive thru and this girl name Shanelle was very rude. Not only to me but to the client that she was taking the order in thr intercom. I hope corporate will see this message. This girl doesn't need to work there. She needs to learn about customer service.
Worst customer service ever! The employees lost my order then procided to yell at me for there mistakes on taking my order. Will never return to this franchise ever.
This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes it’s quick, others you’ll wait an hour in line. The last time I went the staff was very nice, got my food within 5-7 minutes and it was hot and fresh. Their breakfast is great! I’d recommend the baconator breakfast burger
Food so slopped up can’t even eat it. How are you out of chili? Just lazy! 100 years later I can eat my $34 cheese soup you gave me with no receipt. Thanks!
This will forever be my favorite fast food restaurant, the food never misses, and the customer service is always spot on.
New upgrades please. To everything. Food temperature be better than McDonald's some days but should be all days.
Stopped in there, picked up food for 6 people. When we got home we found we were short 4 burgers. Had to go back to get the rest of the order. No problems.
Foods not bad, problem is the drive-thru is about as slow as any place I've ever seen
Went to the drive-thru ordered a taco salad. Check the order on the way home and instead of a taco salad what I had in my bag was a Parmesan Caesar salad with chili. Turn around went back in and the young man at the counter seemed oblivious that all the salads weren't the same even though they're labeled. Another associate did come up and showed him the right salad and provided it to me.
I was just in the drive-thru trying to order a $4 baggie and the guy wants to continue arguing with me about which burger goes in the bag and then his homeboy wants to get on the intercom and starts yelling and screaming as well this is not the way you conduct professional business The service was not professional by my standard
Waited in line for 30 minutes for a worker to come tell me that i had to leave so their semi truck could make a delivery.avoid this location at all cost
Arrived at 12: 20 p.m. To the drive-thru. Placed a mobile order on the app for a jr fry & a large chili. There were at least 7-8 ppl, a head of me in the drive-thru.
Arrived at the speaker & waited about 1-2 minutes before the person stated, "I can order whenever I am ready. " (In an inconvenience tone). I proceeded. "I have a mobile order for Dayne Wallace, " & they said, "What did you say? " We went back & forth 3x with me spelling my name & having my name repeated back to me wrong. Ending with, I don't see your order, drive up to the window, it should be here when you get here to never mind just come inside. (Frustration, irritation, or both in their tone)
Go inside, and there are at least 6 ppl waiting for orders. Approach the person taking order & state I am here for a mobile order & was instructed to wait for my name to be called. Unbeknownst to me & appearantly the drive thru person, it goes by initials & not first & last name.
Needless to say, it took 25 minutes from start to finish to get "fast" food. Mind you, this consisted of a jr.fry & a large chili.
Got family dinner using the “BIGGIE” code from DoorDash. Only got half my order and then claimed they were no longer taking DoorDash order horrible service just in general will not be returning.
The LOBBY is NEVER OPEN. It's only drive thru. I don't think the actual owners know they do this. Seems more like a non existent GM is the cause of this.
Worst Wendy's ever gave me cold chicken, then when asked to be fixed she said no and to order something else. Horrible manager, Thursday march 23
Went there today and the morning manager name nat took care of me she fixed my whole Oder with a smile and said she was sorry people like her make this world a better place to be in. She realized that people work hard for the money and if they made a mistake they should fix it and she did that so thank you hopefully others can follow your example god bless you and thank you again.
