Ordered from this Wendy’s location via Grubhub - my ordered never showed up. So my boyfriend and I went to this Wendy’s location to get the food ourselves and we mentioned what happened to the staff and they called the manager over and explained what happened to him and he said he will pay for our food He didn’t need to do that - thank you!

My staff that it's probably totally underpaid, made me an awesome burger, super fresh bun, super fresh veggies. If only the franchisee invested a little more in his business. Thank you

Went through the drive-thru and I got to say, they have great customer service, and great food. Would definitely recommend!

Need to work on the customer service skills, one of the worse customer service very rude and not helpful at all, felt they were doing me favor by taking my order, no wonder this place was empty when I arrived j/s

Worst experience ever at a Wendy's. Ordered a taco salad and a lg chili, dine in. After I sat down I realized they forgot the sm chili that comes with the taco salad and the tortilla chips. They gave me the sm chili and told me they were out of the tortilla chips after a long wait at the counter. I settled for some extra saltine crackers. The chili was barely warm. The place seemed a bit warm and musty. The person that seemed to be in charge was not very friendly and professional at all. My total bill was nearly $12.00. Don't waste your time and money at this particular Wendy's.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Closing this place down would be an enhancement to the Naples area. What an embarrassment to the state of Florida to have such an undesirable establishment in its state.

Took a long time to place and received my order. Fries were cold, no straw with the drink.and on top of the bad service.unfriendly staff! She never greeted me, nor asked If I wanted any kind of sauce. Don't deserve even one start!
