Wendy's, Avon Park FL

Went in this morning for a quick breakfast, took a second to get service but as soon as we did they were super sweet and very attentive. Everything was made fresh and was very good. They asked how our coffee was and we could honestly say it was very good. Great way to start a day of travel

Drive thru girl had an attitude when she handed the bag of food to me and I didnt leave. Told me "That's all" and gave me the stink eye. I had to remind her that we were still waiting for part of our order. Then she was embarrassed and completed the order. Try doing a little quality check and leave your stinky attitude at home, lazy girl.

This location is terrible. EVERY single time we go through the drive-thru our order has been wrong. I’ve had to go inside countless times afterwards to ask for sauce even though we’ve asked repeatedly at the speaker. Very upset with this location.

Walk-ins are ignored even after the fry cook went to the back room and announced that there was a customer. The fry cook had to announce that there was a customer a second time. The inside of the restaurant was nearly empty and I was the only customer waiting to be served.
The drive through was busy so the people taking orders and filling orders at that end were very busy.
On a good note: My order came very quickly and was correct after it was finally made.

The person at the window was getting her orders mixed up. She tried to charge me for the car behind me. I got a free drink out of it. She then gave me my correct order when I finally told her that I didn't order a drink. She apologized and said Thank you for correcting her. No problem.

Stopped by for a quick bite. The service was very good, the spicy nuggets count have been more fresh.

Best fast food restaurant in town. I can always rely on the frosty mechen when all others fail. Fast service.

They have the best sausage gravy and biscuits. Better than Mc Donald's where they don't give enough gravy to cover the biscuits. And cheaper.

Had the #3 with a frostie instead of the soda.
Nuggets and fries were fresh and I loved the chocolate frosty.

The kids were hiding playing around eating and preparing my French fries with no gloves no beard net no hair net while eating a fist full of fries fur himself I was not happy

Today, Feb 21,2023, by 5 pm, that service car attended was awful, I received the worse service in my life, bad, really bad attitude, we, the customer, ask Wendy's company for training their employee' in customer service, to be kind, I give Wendy's cero start today, I hope the next time can do better,

I need to improve on the drive-through service It is very slow to stay in line too long, but the person in the Drive-Thru is very nice.

Very friendly and kind employees, Everything was clean and the food fresh and tasty. The best chili I have ever eaten.

I was told to pull up in parking spot and wait for my order they never brought it to me
I went in they forgot me they hurried and put order together I asked if everything was in the bag and listed my order to them they said everything is there I get home my 10 piece meal is not there and when we tasted our drinks they were nasty
I have called the number listed on receipt several times no answer $30 for nothing but garbage

Staff unfriendly, drink machine out of most drinks napkin holders empty, no butter with potatoes, we were only ones there and nothing done about napkins and drinks staff just standing around except for drive though window. Will not be going back.
