Wendy's, Fort Myers FL

Went tonight around 10: 15. Placed order and sat behind car at window over 10 minutes while the Beavis and Butthead workers played and talked with the driver in front of me. I left. It would have probably been a more profitable night if the place was closed.

Served me raw F'n chicken. Ignored us when we tried to get the food replaced right after yelling at and slamming the door in another customer's face. Reported to corporate.

So I used to go here sometimes a little while back and it was pretty good, like a typical fast food restaurant.

However, I decided to try this place lately, and this time they performed terribly. I went through the drive thru around 8: 30PM for dinner, ordered a meal and a large frosty. They gave me the drink and told me to pull up, not too bad so far. Then they gave me my fries and burger, no straws and no frosty. I had to go inside since I believe they probably didn't realize their mistake. At the counter, it took a minute but the guy who delivered my food noticed me and I told him that I didn't get my frosty. Another worker started telling me the dining room was closed and whatnot. I got the frosty but it was a small, without a straw or spoon. They were short-staffed, and I didn't feel like I should have to complain again just to get something I paid for, and decided to leave.

New server on the drive thru window. Miss counted our drinks, then I had to drive around again because all the food items were not in the bag.

Food was good, they gave me the wrong berger, and the lady at the cash register was rude, acted like she didn't care and I was bothering her to do her job

This is the fifth time I go to this location. And the rewards system does not work. Which I understand it is not their fault. I have missed out on points and rewards. I kindly asked since the machine hasn’t work if they would kindly please me (the customer) with the small frosty ccino I had on my rewards to redeem but she said no so I asked for the manager raven hunter if she would be able to give it to me since everyone I come the rewards don’t work. She said no. Working in customer service my whole life I’ve always known to please the customer and sadly she doesn’t have that type of service I am so not please I will not be coming back!

The workers have always been extremely polite at this location! Food was good! The breakfast potatoes were too hot to eat right away, and I went just before lunch hours! Overall another great experience at this Wendy's!

WORST service ever. Every time. I would give no stars if I could. We go here because we live down the road and it's convenient but EVERY SINGLE TIME we place an order SOMETHING is wrong. This time not only did I have to explain to the kid in the drive thru what the wendys signature sauce was but they forgot my families fries that we paid for which usually NBD I can call and get them refunded or get them comped on the next order (can you tell this has happened MULTIPLE times) but in order to do that they: A. Need to give you a receipt with your order information and B. HAVE A WORKING PHONE LINE. Neither of which they did/have. Don't bother coming here. You could literally go to a gas station and get better customer service.

Considering the area and the fact that there isn't alot of choices in this particular area it's good to know we have a Wendy's to get your hamburger fix. In the Riverdale area I believe we only have four fast food drive thru restaurants a MacDonald's and a Wendy's. We also have a Dunkin Donuts but they are only opened for breakfast and maybe lunch. And we also have a Dairy Queen. How about Taco Bell, KFC, Popeye's for this area also.

Fast service, underdone fries with dry burgers poorly constructed. Im disappointed in the decline in the quality of food over the years. This location, specifically has suffered recently.

Ordered three burgers and fries that was supposed to have bacon on them, and was told there oven was broken so they couldnt make any bacon. I understand that they couldnt make the bacon, so I said just don't put the bacon on there. I would think (and maybe I am wrong) that they wouldnt charge for the bacon, but they did. I was charged full price for all of my burgers that were supposed to have bacon but didn't.

Paid for two 50 PC nuggets only got one, tried to call store no one answers the phone! Big surprise huh always check your your order since there is no quality control there!

My order taker, Amy was so helpful on helping me find something on the menu and even suggested things on the menu I never knew were there. Will be back again soon.

They still have the 4 for $4.00 he did a burger french fries nuggets and a drink plus they got the 2for 5 on the sandwiches

They were excellent in the older days, now the meat quality and general food has gone downhill. Its still good, just isn't as great as it was in the older days.

Drive through disaster. I literally asked her at the window, did you remember spoons? Straws? Sour cream for chili? She rolled her eyes, clicked her tongue, said "yes" and handed me the bag. Do I even need to say it? And on top of that a burger was skipped!
