Wendy's, Tallahassee FL

I was in line and got to the speaker 8 minutes before they closed. The lady asked me to pull to the 2nd window so I did. She waited until 3 minutes after closing time to come to the window and told me they're closed. I reminded her that she's the one who didn't take my order at the speaker and told me to pull to the window. She said they wouldn't take orders after closing time.

They obviously just didn't want to take my order and pulled me to the window until closing time. I was the only car in line.

Meat in the chili was freezer burned and I would recommend better random inspections from the health department. Spent the last 2 days on the throne. They lost my business.

For the most part the food is okay. Emoyees are not very friendly and short with customers quite often.

The most racist Wendy's in this town. They just straight ignored me because I'm white. If I would do that I get put under the jail.

Good grief, the dine in service is horrific. Slow as hell. Caters to the drive through. Can't get an order right for anyone.

They stopped serving food and were only doing “online and mobile orders” at 9: 30 on a Friday. I would have known this and it wouldn’t have been a problem if they would have picked up the phone but they wouldn’t do that either.

I don't even know how they keep forgetting to put a burger in the bag. I order a burger, and they do not give me a burger. Do not go here if you want a burger, they just won't give it to you.

When I showed up late after the dining room closes & I've walked there, they comped my small order.

Its fast food. I don't explain anything grand. But the service is soo slow. If you're in a rush, don't go here. But I've always gotten good customer service and no wrong orders.

Absolutely terrible you guys are saying weird stuff and screaming through the talk box. Nobody wants to make any food. Everything was gross and nasty, dirty drink machine broken because nobody wants to change out the syrups a I ended up paying for stuff I never even got because the guy at the register doesn’t know what he’s doing, I hope the owner sees this. I want him to know he got my money but I didn’t get my stuff.

You could tell they were very short-handed, but the cashier was so nice to everyone you didn't mind the wait

My order was wrong, both my times back the order was wrong and there were no options for refund.

Im sorry but this store is very old and used up and will never have a healthy clean atmosphere about it again until some major CLEANING and renovations take place. I'm actually really surprised that this location has been allowed to become so trashy within walking distance of FSU. The food here is alright, but I don't eat there unless someone else is wanting to go because like I said, it's filthy. The employees look like they would rather be anywhere else. Never a manager in sight. No one is normally at the register when customers enter the lobby. Sadly I believe in the next few year these fast food health destroying chains like Wendy's and McDonald's will start being shut down by all these new food chains popping up that see how the fast food industry had DESTROY OUR HEALTH IN THE USA, and then Doordash to the rescue.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's in Tallahassee and possibly Florida. The managers, owner and employees should all be ashamed at how terrible this location is and just shut it down permanently. I've wasted so much time waiting in the drive thru that today was the last straw and I will never be visiting again. If I could give them negative or zero stars I absolutely would. Good riddance.

I loved the staff. So kind and considerate. A little messy inside but with labor shortages it's easy overlooked. The food was fresh and hot.

Fries were old. It was only a few minutes after 11: 00. Don't know how that happened. Customer service was great. Building is a traditional Wendy's building. Sandwich was okay. I made changes on it and they did the changes. So happy with that

I had the pub burger. It was good, especially for a fast food burger. The fries have gotten better, too.
