16I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a hamburger. The cashier was some place else in her head when she was taking the order and that's the result.
They had a bad attitude, they ignore the costumers and they did not have sour cream frosty or fork’s never in my life coming back to this place very bad
They were very nice and friendly at the drive thru. Usually Wendy's I go to there is always rude workers but this one is nice I was in the area so I'll keep coming to this one
They’re disrespectful, and always catching an attitude.bathroom was dirty and dining room.they had flies flying over the fry station.
Service, mgrs, and the whole staff horrible. Dont seem to care about customer wait times or concerns. They just brush u off like its nothing.
They do not even care when they get your order wrong. I was there at the drive thru today. Terrible experience. I’ll go out of my way to visit a different Wendy’s.
Unfortunately the quality of the food is going down. Hard Nuggets, chicken sandwich has an after taste fries DEFINITELY need improvement
Food was not great. Burger patties seemed to have been cooked and reheated making them very drt.
Really bad and just got 8 violations from food inspection-Gross!

“Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by the inability to answer basic food safety questions. Dishwasher employee didn’t know how to verify the proper function of dishwasher machine. ”
“Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Two soda nozzle by customer self-dispenser. ”
Failed to give me my receipt & when I ask for it they claimed that the receipt machine was broken. Mind you I just saw them hand a receipt to the car ahead of me. When I asked for a refund, the receipt machine was magically working again.
Great afternoon staff! Its always a pleasant experience when I dine at this location because they are very friendly, fast and efficient. I used to deliver UberEats and have visited many locations, believe me BEST Wendy's I've been to in a long time.
Horrible, they always mess up orders, and I gave them over 5 trys before giving this review
This Wendy's Sucks! Advertise Breakfast at 6: 30am open time show up at 645am twice didn't take my order! Seen people in there and Just looked at me. And didn't even acknowledge me. This Place has Horrible Management! 0 stars if I could!
THE WORST WENDYS
I EVER BEEN TO…
MADE A VISIT ON 4/29/2023 APPROX 837pm I REALIZED NOONE WAS IN DRIVETHRU AND APPROACHED THE INTERCOM THEN THE WORST STARTED TO HAPPEN….
THE SAT EVENING STAFF SHOULD ALL BE FIRED! THE YOUNG LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER, THE ONE WHO MADE THE FOOD AND WHOEVER WAS CURSING IN THE BACK LOUD AS DAY ABOUT WHO KNOWS WHAT…. THEY THEN ANSWERED THE INTERCOM WITH… WHAT U WANT?
Smh… AND ON TOP OF THAT ALL OF MY FOOD WAS COLD AND THEY DISREGARDED MY ORDER AND THREW ALL OF CONDIMENTS ON TOP OF MY NUGGETS N FRIES WHICH WERE FREEZING COLD!
IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED KNOWING THE AREA I WOULD EXPECT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IN OVERTOWN!
SOMEONE NEEDS TO REARRANGE THE WHOLE NIGHT STAFF WITH REAL WORKERS WHO TAKE SERVING FOOD SERIOUSLY… I USUALLY MAKE A TRIP TO ANY WENDY 4 TIMES A WEEK AND NOW IM RELUCTANT TO EVER EAT THERE AGAIN!
REGIONAL MANAGMENT AND CORPORATE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS!
The staff is slow and uninterested. Wendy's has no standards for service or quality in place here.
