Wendy's, Okeechobee FL

A/C broke but was fixed by the time we left. Great people working there. Food was hot. But soda machines were out of almost all no sugar/diet drinks. I had to have counter lady get diet coke from the back/drive thru area machine. Got to use my coupons for double burgers & they were great.

Drive thru we went. Got the 5 dollar deal. It was ok but the frosting. A large frosting cup is a small drink cup. And the sandwich was good. The fries well you know how that goes. As soon you get the fries you better eat them before they get cold quick.

Honestly, it was a very unnerving experience to dine at this establishment. Normally I love me a good wendy's baconator, but at this place there was little to no attention to cleanliness at the tables I had to sit myself at while I waited for my crispy sultry baconator and frosty chocolate. Needless to say, this is not a good environment. The tables were sticky and smelled of rotted food, one of the managers was getting arrested on site, and my baconator had PICKLES put on it? Fortunately a kind boy at the counter had me made another one.

Tried to go through the drive through this evening to get dinner for the family. The wait in the drive through was crazy. The car in front of left, and we ended up doing the same. We are enjoying Zaxbys for dinner. We were the 3rd car, after the car infront of us left. There was one car at the pick up window, and one at the speaker, us following. We waited approximately 15 minutes before deciding to eat at Zaxbys.

Everything was what we wanted for a easy breakfast, served with a perfectly cooked egg. Thanks

Food was below average for wendy's I'd say. Service was OK. Atmosphere was terrible. The lobby was in need of a lot of attention! Normally we would have bailed, but we were driving from Orlando to Miami. The kids were wanting frostys.

Good food service is a little bit slow through the drive-thru they always get your food right

I enjoy going to Wendy's and sitting down in the dining area when I visit since the remodel. The staff always gets my order right so I never have to worry if I'm going to enjoy what I ordered. If time is of the essence then again fear not because you won't be waiting very long.

Slowest Wendy’s in the whole south Florida took 15min for my food to come out they made me way meanwhile 6 cars behind me got their food I had to go back and ask if they forgot my food as sure enough they forgot me and another gentleman

Waited on a line for 20 minutes to order a biggie bag, then I only got 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4.

Lady wouldn't scan my app. She said I have no clue how to do that! And she is the person taking my order! No credit, no deal on food!
