Wendy's, Tampa FL

This is the second time I come to this Wendy's and I asked for $6 biggie bag every time I get my Sandwich you have no bacon Then I tried to call the store to make a complaint and no one picks up I would not be coming back to this Wendy's ever

Website says open till 2am, online was still taking orders, I ordered and paid, then showed up at 1: 20 and the staff were cleaning, they wouldn’t talk to me in drive through. I was charged twice-total $50- for food I never got. In a panic of course I called and called and a staff member FINALLY answered (after 20+ calls) to tell me to show up at 5am the next morning and I can talk to their DM about getting my money back? !? ! Is this even real? !? I am contacting my bank to file a fraud charge and Wendy’s corporate because this location is apparently very shady.

Worst customer service they're lazy they locked the door when they feel like it that is ridiculous don't come to work if you're not going to work. Lazyyyyyyyy employees should feel ashamed

Just wondering why they’re closed every time I go there. Doesn’t matter if it’s 6pm they’re either closed or their drive thru doesn’t work.

Bro. The kids that work in here are so ignorant and disrespectful. The app doesn't work for a coupon and they act like they don't even understand English. We literally said nevermind and left. I'll never go back to that Wendy's in my life.how pathetic.

Surprisingly i had great service here. The other Wendy's I've been to, the service was terrible

Service is very much disliked, they bring not what you order. Because of them you always sit hungry for a long time.

Ordered a 6 dollar biggie bag with a bacon double and it didn’t have bacon. Tried to called multiple times and no one answered. I feel like for such a simple order that gets ordered multiple times a day shouldn’t have gotten messed up.

Was ignored upon approaching counter. The I'm guessing manager barley glanced up and said someone will be with you. Then food was thrown together and covered in ketchup. Nuggets were cold and no ice at soda machine will never come back.

Horrible I don't know if portion sizes have just gone down I usually don't eat fast food but this was the smallest $7 Burger I've ever had

Every night I come here between 12 midnight and 12: 30am, and can never get service. It's one of the worst Wendy's at night to go too.

Friend got me a Wendy's burger a few days ago and it had a good char. Decided to go back and try a salad, which was very good. Will return.

When I go to Wendy's in the morning I like their breakfast however this particular morning and this is happened before young girl bad attitude repeat small order to me pacifically say I'm allergic to egg no egg on my sandwich there was an egg on both sandwiches. Have to take my kids to school so I can't go back and then they won't answer the phone just check your food before you leave this place they always mess it up and I even had to wait for my food in the parking spot that they told me to park at and still got cold potatoes and eggs on my breakfast sandwiches

Service here is atrocious, was speaking loud and clearly at drive through, and the cashier still had a hard time understanding me. Then had a very rude employee yelling at me through the speaker. For literally no reason.

Trash I can’t believe they are serving brown lettuce to customers. Fries we’re old and cold also. Don’t come here if you actually want to eat your food. Not that hard to put a burger together or see that your using rotten lettuce.

Everything food and service wise was perfectly fine, honesty if I went though the drive thru I would have given this location 5 stars. But the inside is in deep need of a refurbishment. It’s dirty, sparse, and overall unwelcoming. And if the lobby area is this way, it doesn’t make you too confident about the kitchen… Also the coke freestyle machine was missing around half of their flavors.
