Wendy's, Palm Bay FL

This is the worst Wendy’s ever! I ordered food through Uber and they didn’t even tell me they didn’t have the items I ordered. They didn’t offer another item and my driver didn’t tell me until she delivered my food. Then I couldn’t get anyone on the phone at Wendy’s and no refund through Uber because they couldn’t reach the store either. I’m done with this Wendy’s. And I’m reporting this to the bbb. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great food but terrible service. First of all they should stop calling this a fast food place because it takes so long just to get your order. I’ve had to wait over 40 minutes just to get my order. Second, either there is no training for the staff or they just don’t what they are doing. I ordered on mobile a few times. First time they made me park at the mobile order parking area then completely forgot I was there. I was sitting and waiting for them for 30 minutes. Finally went inside and they had no idea what was going on. Second time I got a mobile phone order the drive thru worker just looked at me dumbfounded when I told her I had a mobile order. She kept asking for the name and I told but she couldn’t comprehend. So I had to finally show her the mobile app and it’s like she couldn’t understand that mobile orders are a thing. Everything else is great just the service is so bad

Went through drive thru and the food was ready quickly and I was back on the road in a few minutes. My son enjoyed their classic chicken sandwich, fries and sweetened ice tea. Cost around $11, which I thought was a bit high priced.

Gave us the wrong food, the wrong drinks, and then when they replaced, gave us cold food. Bad set up all way around

Management at the store is the worst. When you have a manager at walks away when they see somebody standing there. And then they let someone that's sweeping the floor take care of you. She has a major attitude.

This place is terrible dont waste your time. Most wendys are great but something is really wrong here, service, quality and management couldn't be worse.

I love Wendy’s but this one is the worst Wendy’s in all of Palm Bay and Melbourne. I always have to call and complain about my food and get it replaced. I hate going here but i was close by and wanted to use my points to get some breakfast. The potatoes were obviously just came out of the fryer which would usually be a good thing right? WRONG! There were severely overcooked and so gross. I also ordered a a honey butter biscuit, which barely had any honey butter on it, so it was so dry and very doughy, because it wasn’t cooked enough. I’m sorry, but that was the last straw so I will not be going there ever again. I will be going to the one in hammock landing just a few more miles up the road I’d rather that inconvenient than continue to get terrible food

I waited in line for more then 20 minutes for a burger there was 3 cars ahead of ne it took seems they was taking order very slowly then when I got up to the order speaker I still was told to wait the burger was cold and nasty taste as though it was under cook the bacon was burnt this Wendy us to be good not any more its so slow and the food is nasty.

Drive through was at a complete standstill. After 15 minutes without moving 2 cars pulled over and walked in. Restaurant was FILTHY and the service still took 22 minutes to take and fill my order. Under staffed is one thing, but this was outrageous!

I know everyone needs to make a living, but gosh when I went through the drive-through this afternoon, I asked the nice young lady to make sure I had hot fries with my combo order. The order came up quickly through the drive-through and I wasn’t 10 feet from the restaurant and I looked in my bag and found a ball of cold crumpled up fries. I will not be back to this Wendy’s.

Wendy's is always a good choice for lunch.

Saturday 1: 00PM I was told by employees that the lobby is closed. I don't like eating in my car and I have a hard time trusting drive-thrus because my order is usually screwed up. I guess this is a location that keeps the lobby closed. So I drove down the road to Burger King and was sitting in the lobby 10 mins later with a nice hot lunch before I have the long commute home.

Front desk counter without a cashier for almost 5 minutes. Waiting in front desk for Mobile order placed 10 mins before and wasn't ready. Don't understand purpose of ordering and paying ahead, if you've to wait same or more than a walk-in customer. Lack of personnel to run the place.

Very dredful. I spent a whole 30 mins waiting on the workers to take my order only for them to tell me it's closed. Then they proceeded to lock me and some other customers inside the place like they want me to stay overnight and then told me to close the door on my way out. Like bffr, Wendy's. Bffr. Then I went to the drive through where they told me they were out of all food items. Then it says it's open 24 hours.
