Wendy's, Loxahatchee FL

Paid close to 15 bucks for a Baconator meal. It had one piece of bacon cut in two. Nothing else on the sandwich besides cheese. Don't spend your money here, go to a real restaurant.

Horrible everyone in the kitchen is walking around no hair nets with long hair several of them constantly Scratching their heads making food with no gloves. Looked like two people out of 5 was actually working the rest were on there phones standing around. Someone in the kitchen had the phone on playing some rap music with some nasty words that were nice to hear with my 5 year old standing with me. We didn't even eat the food it went in the garage once we got home after thinking about the Experience on the drive home. This place has been garbage sence day one. When they first opened I witnessed a worker eating out of the frosty machine with a spoon on night and was told ' it's got to be cleaned anyway so what's it matter' figured I'd try it again and we won't make that mistake again.

Horrible service! All of my food was cold! How? !? Fries - cold
nuggets - cold
Burgers - cold
Never again will I stop here

Wendy's eliminated the 4 for 4 and now have biggie bags ranging from $6, $7 and I believe $8, but their items is not appealing to me since 2 of the choices have Pork, a small kid size Chicken sandwich, and the double stack. I didn't bother to eat there.

Orders are always wrong and what food you get is either raw or burned. This place has become a joke in the Loxahatchee community. You'll find something better to eat next door, at Tractor Supply Company.

Breakfast sandwich has a lot of egg and cheese and black pepper flavor, which I like. Seasoned potatoes are delicious with added Wendy's chili seasoning or without. Croissant style bun is good.

Most terrible customer service ever from this location. The man who was working in the drive thru was the rudest employee I have ever encountered working in a customer service environment EVER. His attitude problem towards a simple request was completely unnecessary. Upon reading these reviews seems like I'm not the one who has received poor quality service. Do better.

Thee young lady thru drive thru was not listening to what I was ordering, I ordered 2 fully loaded baked potatoes and she gave me 2 baked potatoes with cheese and bacon

I would give the service a lower score if I could. The service is terrible.they purposely make you wait before taking your order.they make you wait to pay and on top of all that they parked you.the service is terrible.the general manager need to look in to that. Terrible place

Visited here tonight very disappointed the workers are behind counter where food is at horse playing grabbing each other with the same gloves this lady went to work back on food with literally never took these dirty gloves off I asked her to please not handle my food yuck! Then the manager Is watching this laughing I'm at drive thru watching it music real loud okay so I'm told to pull to front because I have a nice size order I do that I order 2 (4 for 4) also when the MANAGER brings my bag out she done bagged everything in 1 bag the 4 for 4s and all so I ride back to drive through so I can properly bag my food properly okay cool get down rode just to notice no spoon or crackers with my chili I go back to window the MANAGER sticks her head out the window and say what's upEXCUSE ME WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? It's all bad here maybe they need to turn Rodwave off cause they can't focus or get it right SMH

The restaurant was nice and clean. Service was friendly and prompt, and the food wad good and hot. I was impressed.

The food at this location is good but the customer service is not the best. The drive thru takes 20 min with only three cars is line.

It was good. Fries were hot and fresh. Burger and veggies were good and fresh. Got my food quick. It was good

Horrible! I’m completely understanding when simple mistakes happen. I went inside the restaurant and the Jamaican woman with short hair took my order (I think her name is Stephanie. That’s the name on my receipt). I clearly asked for no onions and no ketchup. She eventually gives me my cup to fill my drink. I walk away to fill my drink, I check my receipt and noticed she put no ketchup and no pickles. I went back to the counter and said I asked for no onions and I want the pickles. The taller black woman making the burgers got angry and slammed her hands down and walked out of the kitchen to sit in the dining area. I walked back to the drink machine to continue filling my drink. I headed over to the counter and I notice the Jamaican worker putting my burgers in the bag but I looked behind her and noticed cut onions on the prep table. I asked her did she pick the onions out of the burgers. She said yes. I explained to her that I have a sensitivity to onions that’s why I can’t eat onions on my burgers. She proceeded to blame me for putting in the incorrect order. We spent about 2 minutes going back and forth about who said what! During this time the taller woman worker is getting loud and cursing because she’s getting even madder at me. EVEN THOUGH IT WASN’T MY FAULT! The Jamaican worker eventually started to make my burgers. I will never ever ever be the understanding, kind and patient customer ever again! My kindness was taken for weakness. I will now and forever be the cold, impatient and entitled customer since being the complete opposite didn’t help. People like these type of women should not be working with food nor customer service. (BE HONEST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR STRONG POINT!) They attempted to toy with my health. Had I been giving the burgers to children who was sensitive to onions and these women picked the onions out instead of remaking it correctly, it would’ve been a whole different story. This is how lawsuits get involved. They both need to be fired from their positions.

The gentleman working in the drive through this morning was extremely rude. He barely said 2 words as we got our food. He handed my husband his sweet tea and it was sour. When he my husband asked for a coke instead he rolled his eyes and looked at us like we were crazy. The food was also ice cold

Just a forewarning, this Wendy's is CHRONICALLY UNDERSTAFFED. Usually, it's only one employee and a manager running the whole building. You might experience long wait times, or you might not get anything at all. When it's open and running smoothly, it's pretty good. Sadly, that's usually the exception, not the rule.

To the franchise owner: You need to do better. Give them higher wages, a better work environment, benefits, whatever it takes. If you don't, this location will be going out of business sooner rather than later. Those workers deserve better.
