The food was just ok. Tasted like it had been sitting awhile. I do not recommend for breakfast

Awful service. All attention concentrated on Drive Thru customers. Dining In customers left waiting. Cashier did not even speak English nor did she know how to ring up simple items. Half my food was cold upon receiving. Sad to see a brand like Wendy's give such poor service.

Everyone is so pleasant cleanest Wendys I have been to one of the manager is absolutely amazing as well as all the employees. I’m here every day they have my order memorized and are the best Wendy’s around.

The worst can't believe I just wasted the money I worked so hard for. Will never ever go here again. The lady literally put her hand in my frosty was lazy and rude. My food wasn't even right. I would give zero of possible.

Went late night. That should sum it up, if not the one word I would use is sketchy. Order earlier, you might get a better experience.

Always fast service and it tastes like Wendy's. I wish the ketchup dispensers were not empty on a semi regular basis.

Seems like everytime we go through the drive thru, it isnt very pleasant. Customer service is a 1 out of 5, no welcoming to the restaurant, and there is never “have a good day” or “thank you”. Also doesnt help that the order is wrong 7 times out of 10…. Need some training on customer service, and attention to detail, which should always be priorities when working drive thru….

Horrible! Very unprofessional no cup holder for 2 large drinks fries half were raw and cold other half overcooked. No straws, receipt, salt, napkins had to ask twice. Very rude and bad attitude when asked for the second time! You can keep Wendy’s quality of food and service down the drain! Jog rd Greenacres Fl. Horrible pass this place up

I have no idea what happened to this Wendys,
but the people who work here are concerning.

Sat in line for 15 minute before getting to order, waited 5 minutes for anybody to say anything then the guy asked me twice if I wanted 1 4/4 or 2 4/4, I said 1
Asked for ranch

After 10 more to by, I get to window.get charged for 2 meals. The guy only hands me back 4 dollars. I ask for the rest and he looks at me and speaks to me like I’m the problem?

What’s going on with customer service nowadays

Food is okay

The spanish girl had an attitude and gave me very very poor service and made me wait over 20 minutes for my food and it was not busy at all. She was waiting on drive thru orders. I can't believe how slow she was. After I ate my hamburger and fries, I asked for a small frosty. I'm serious that I waited over 10 minutes while she stopped and talked to her workers. I choose never to go to that store ever again. Poor management too. ⁷

This is one of the good ones renovated and new and the people are very nice. Food was hot and delicious.

The worst attention, many inept employees and all rude, do not respond when they are spoken to, the restaurant is empty and they attend to you when they feel like it, it hurts.

Don't order the new chicken wrap. Falls apart and someone needs to know how to properly wrap a wrap. They shouldn't fall apart before you even take a bite. Money wasted.

Worst experience in a long time, I walked out without ordering just like the couple in front of me and the gentleman behind me poor service poor atmosphere, employees sleeping in the booths, first and last time going there

Visited on 05/24/2023 in the early afternoon. The cashier who was just a young child (she looked too young to work there) could not handle the coupon the customer in front of me gave her. Then could barely handle getting someone to help her process it. After a long wait she took my order.
When she finally completed my order I noticed she was bagging it so I told her it was for here. The little girl got snippy and said she could not read minds. I told her that was why I told her it was for here and that she was not a very good cashier. The resturant was dirty and unkept. Wendy's keeps going downhill!
