Wendy's, Wildwood FL

Never open. It could be 3pm, it could be 10am, it could be 9pm. Never open. Even when they are open, the soda machine is short of syrup, and sometimes items are unavailable due to lack of supplies.
Don't count on this as a place to eat.

Don't bother, this place needs serious corporate intervention. It's a complete mystery what the employees are up to, since they hand out one order maybe every 10 minutes.

Got two breakfast Baconators and they were perfect, fast service, I like Baconators very much and these was perfect made, thank you!

The worst experience ever at a Wendy's. They were short staffed and that's not the people working there's fault. They did the best they could for the situation. It took 25 minutes to receive my order. Even though the order was repeated to me correctly when it was handed to me, it was wrong. I paid for and ordered a Dave's Double. I received a Dave's Single. Didn't have another 25 minutes to deal with it so I just kept it. After all that it had to be the worst sandwich that I have ever received from Wendy's. The burger was over cooked and the toppings still tasted like soap/detergent.

I have never had a better Asiago Ranch Chicken Club. I've had hundreds of these at different Wendy's but never had one where the chicken was so crispy, the lettuce snappy, and the flavor that satisfying. Great job!

Dave Thomas is turning over in his grave. Worst Wendy's I have ever seen! Close it down! The Village's doesn't need a fast food place with that reputation!

I waited 36 minutes for a chicken sandwich and was basically thrown my food. This is a massive management failure and totally unacceptable. Do not ever eat here under any circumstances.

Why did you get rid of the healthiest sandwich, the grilled chicken sandwich? I'm disappointed Bring back the grilled chicken sandwich. Nobody likes that alternative you're offering, the chicken wrap.

Horrifically, inexcusably slow location. 30+ minutes from order to getting food, and it wasn’t even busy. The operator/franchisee of this location needs to get it together!

This is the worst Wendy’s i’ve ever been to in my life. I don’t expect much from this restaurant but this was ridiculous. I completely understand the stress of working in fast food but this was straight up lazy. Waited about 30 minutes for my food yet they still forgot my nuggets. The woman working there was so rude and looked at me like i was stupid when i told her i’m missing an order of nuggets. She was borderline yelling at customers when they asked small questions and clearly didn’t know what she was doing.

Workers seemed to have been highly unmotivated, unhappy, and just outright slow at performing their duties. For example it took about 20 minutes just for a chicken sandwich.

Don't order on the kiosk. I ordered a m fries, but they served me a small fry. Any thing to increase their profits. Kiosk printer doesn't work, so no way to prove your order.

The service at the counter just moments ago was really disappointing. They took the order “fine”, but I couldn’t help but think the person taking my order desperately needed to find a different job that would make themselves happy. Hopefully it’s just a bad day or hopefully they leave here and do something that makes them happy. Also, this Wendy’s doesn’t participate in at least two of the promotions, that most of the Wendy’s participate in. All in all, I got most of what I wanted. I felt like I was ordering from people who are enslaved to do the job of taking my order. Good luck to both the people taking my order and this Wendy’s location in finding happiness and satisfaction in their goals. I was typing this before I received my order, and when I got it, it was wrong. They fixed it super fast, but still…
