14 I placed a mobile order this morning. Showed up 15 mins after opening. Had to pull up to the window after sitting in the drivethru with no response, and no one even had a headset on to hear the drive-thru. As soon as I told the worker I had an order, he looked over at his coworker and shook his head like I'm inconveniencing him by placing an order?
Maybe they should just shut the Wendys down if no one inside wants to work? I'll never come back to this Wendys. Horrible service. God forbid they have to do their jobs that they signed up for. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
Asked for new fries and received them with no problem. No complaints here. Good job Wendy's
The lady working the drive-through was doing something very unprofessional. Lack of service got my order wrong.
Three cars in front of us. Was at the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes. The absolute worst and slowest service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. This is at 1: 30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Normal afternoon. When we got to the window we asked what was going on, And we were told they were short on staff. Well, Then close the drive-thru and make everybody walk inside. Then at least we don't get stuck in this line, which you cannot get out of. Physically there's no exit because it's in a small parking lot with architectural barriers
I came here at 9: 00 am and they had no gravy for the sausage gravy & biscuit so I have to pick something else I pick the French toast sticks and they were out of that as well. I don’t understand how it’s even possible but it’s ridiculous.
Went to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering, no paper towels. The lady at the counter taking order not a smile, Ordered my burger and drink. The burger was warm. The tables were not clean, the drink area looked like it had not been cleaned in a couple of days. The door as going out was dirty.
Anyone from Corp.reads this please have franchises audited remember they are representing your brand.
Zero stars One of the employees was very rude towards me and giving me attitude I will not be coming back
I did not eat at this Wendy's restaurant because when I walked in, the odor hit me like a mule kick to the face. Because I'm a 20+ year veteran, I know what a dirty mop smells like, and this Wendy's smelled like it had been scrubbed with a nasty, dirty mop. I have a pretty strong stomach, but I was not about to eat food from a place that smelled that awful. I looked around and saw about 4 or 5 people eating lunch, and I thought they must have clogged noses. Regardless, even though I did not order food, I can not legitimately rate higher than a two for food and service, especially due to the nasty odor. I will give it a try another day, and hopefully, they will have replaced the mop head and used some clean water with disinfectant & deodorant. I hope you do not experience the same.
Wish I could give a no star. It's sad this store is fairly new. But is so filthy from the time you walk in all the way to the back where workers are. Everyone that works here looks dirty and like they're on drugs including management. This store has to do better. Clean your store and look more professional and presentable. I will never go back to this location and will be contacting code enforcement because nothing looks healthy at this location including the food. Just sad a good store gone downhill. Make me gag just thinking about how filthy this fast food store is
The most horrible experience yesterday around 2pm the cashier “Sierra”lied to me about some coupons i wanted to use as a customer she lied to me that it had expired when i realized it was still valid and she refused to use it after seeing me standing waiting for my order she put me a bag in front of me, when I open it it was not my order but doordash she didn’t said I’m sorry or something and the useless manager looked at everything and never said anything about it
They deserve zero stars. Worst food ever. Burgers were old and dry. No tomatoes on it. Looked like they dropped the fries back in the fryer. I stopped going to this location months ago. Decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE, WON'T GO BACK. ITS WORSE THAN BEFORE.
I should have listened to the other reviews. This place is horrid. I just waited nearly 30 minutes (my own fault, I know) in the drive up, just for them to get everything wrong. They completely forgot 2 orders of nuggets, and there wasn't a toy in any (3) of the kids meals. I would have checked, but I felt bad for the people waiting behind me, so I just left. I find it odd that I care more for the other customers than this Wendy's does. I will NEVER go back.
The food was cold we had to ask for new fry’s because they were just about frozen, the service is horrible you have young girls laughing and yelling when there’s a customer at the window, they’re work space is just about the worst I ever seen dirty fries and food everywhere on the floor, and I most likely have food poisoning from this experience.
The typical young attitude smacking their lips at the drive thru window. Don’t waste your time or money here. Bunch of ignorant people working here.
