During the day time food is nice and fresh night time difent stories I spent $37 I want to go back and return my food. And get my money back.

If this is the future model for how fast food is going to be I won't be participating. You're greeted by your only option. Use the self ordering system or don't eat here. There's no menu to look at so you have to waste people's time behind you while you look at the offerings on the computer. Dining room is small and cramped. Tables were either occupied or dirty. The sink for customers is in the dining room outside the bathroom and is out of order. This model won't work. You'll have to wait until millennials and older are gone before this becomes acceptable. Gen Z and younger won't worry because they will never know how much better it used to be. This isn't the future. This is you trying to disrupt society to save millions for yourselves instead of supporting teens and seniors who need work experience or spending money. Hopefully it backfires in your face.
The ghost pepper fries were great but gave me a major stomach ache. Go slow on these. Don't eat as many as you would plain fries.

Food is same as any Wendy’s but service was slow and restaurant and restaurant floors were really dirty.

Service was good, double stack was from 2 or 3 days earlier, very dried out. Small fry seem like there was a hundred very tiny potato pieces in it. Not at all like any past experince ive had at wendys.

Plan on waiting in line in the drive-thru for AT LEAST 30-45min at night. They can apparently only manage to process ONE order at a time.

Every time I come to this Wendys at nights it’s a horrible service, I waited 50 minutes for A meal. This is a outage’s and unacceptable. This is every single night. I have talk to the manager about this issue and all she can say is that they don’t have employees. Why open? And having customers curse and leave bad reviews.

Bunch of absolute clowns. 20 minutes sitting AT the speaker to order. Ludicrous. Fire your late night staff immediately, especially the woman working the drive thru. Unbelievable.

Drive through Always seems to be super slow in service and always end up waiting to even place our order. Wait time averages 20 minutes.no matter what time. Food looks thrown together and employees are not very polite overall

This was a truly bad experience. I spent $67.10 for 4 people and was extremely disappointed. My double baconator sandwich was made with burnt bacon and meat. Then when they remade it, it had ketchup on it when was not supposed to have any. The chicken was burnt and greasy just like the fries. I truly believe after the two bad experiences At the Wendy's in Florida, Florida must not have any decent stores

The staff is rude. But my food wasn't too bad. I also feel like we were over charged. Got 3 meals for almost $50 dollars. The window girl was so impatient and had a attitude we didn't bother to try and sort out the bill. If there was somewhere more convenient I would avoid this place before I catch a charge trying to match those employees moods.

PROs: Modern & clean facilities; employees were working hard. Covered outdoor seating.

CONs: Slow service, I assume due to understaffing. Customer service mainly due to the layout and the establishment designed to accept kiosk orders only. No menu board. Menus are on a small (approximately 5” x 8”) laminated cards. When you walk in the entire restaurant fills like you are packed like sardines. Very limited indoor seating and it is crammed together. There are three kiosks, but only two were working. There is a register for them to assist with ordering but it is in the front of the restaurant, and when I asked for assistance they told me use had to use the kiosk to order. Finally CARLOS, (who was kind, friendly, and helpful), helped me.

IMO it is the design and the approach of the restaurant that provided me a bad experience. I applaud the staff because the all appeared working hard and efficiently.

Will I VISIT AGAIN? Maybe, but only through the drive thru.

Drive thru only takes one car/order at a time. Makes people wait and wait before taking your order. Once and done with this place

Eating in this Wendys has been great. The staff is super fast and they give a 5 star customer service. Even though the restaurant is busy very often, Maria the manager there is very efficient and keeps the food coming, and the cleints happy. We apprecite that this Wendys is clean and the staff is fast compared with many other locations!
