15 I had to be the worst experience
Of my life rude drive thru lady and they had nothing I wanted out of everything'
People my age have a hard time with the ordering on a machine, and you try to get help, and they just walk away without helping. I like it when you can talk with a real person face to face.
Worst employee attitude and initiative I have ever witnessed and I am old. This location will not make it. Rude and lazy.
9: 40 at night 2 cars in drive thru and I waited 32 mins I watched the 400 lb manager leaning on counter on his phone wasn’t paying attention to nothing. What a waste. Great employee Wendy’s. Check your cameras
No line when I got there. Took a little longer than usual, but everything was fresh and hot. I don't go to Wendy's too often, but this one was spot on!

I'm done with the nastiest dried out hamburgers on the planet They use to be the best They went from first to worse a decade! Chilly cheese fries head almost no cheese at all and chili The nacho Burger had one nacho on it and that was it no tomatono lettuce nothing just one damn nacho I spent like 18 dollars and barely could eat any of it! We need to sue this place for fraud and false advertisement
Ordered food and we never got it! They claimed they did not get the order, however; we were charged for it. The manager did very little to assist. He did not want help us and the employees seemed very annoyed by him and the way he spoke to them.
Service was prompt and friendly. Food tasted great. However, we ordered a sausage and egg biscuit, but didn't get the sausage. What? On the way to work, so couldn't go back. Such a letdown.
I visited this location tonight at 8: 50pm using the drive-through. Throughout the ordering process, I only heard the phrase "Anything else, " which made me feel rushed. It would have been appreciated if there was no rushing and perhaps a friendly offer for an additional item like a cookie. I also noticed that there was no upselling at all. Unfortunately, I felt rushed during my visit. Moreover, I observed that the cashiers were using the same gloves at the drive-through and in the kitchen, as one cashier was moving back and forth. This raised hygiene concerns. Lastly, I was disappointed to find out that the vanilla Frosty was unavailable. In contrast, I must commend the Wendy's Baconator, which deserves a 5-star rating for its quality. Overall, I hope to see improvements in customer service and hygiene practices at this location.
Manager is a stand up guy. Would help customer service experience to have a front counter person.
Poor customer service with good food. General Manager needs retraining or replacement. Just plain rude.
No frosty, this is Wendy's and its not temporary its crossed off the menu
not sure who made the chili because there wasn't any beef in it! I don't see the franchise staying open unless they get back to basics

Why order thru the app, then make you go thru the line in the drive thru? Kind of defeats the purpose of the app.
Customer service/cashier was not very customer service friendly nor provided my receipt I took it myself from the receipt machine that it looks like that's how they it now for the customer to get it themselves.

The one Bradenton FL OMG the worse. I had to wait in the drive thru intercom for about 10 minutes or so. I said "Hello" twice and was just told one moment I'll be with you.
I don't know why exactly they had no one inside ordering and only ONE CAR in front of us that also had to wait. Plus didn't get my receipt from them either. The drive thru guy at the window, the other guy (heavier set guy with some long hair) and a skinny girl with her hair all out and long not tide up nor in a hairnet oh and no gloves either I had them redo my orders with gloves on and made them wear a hairnet also.
I used to work for the fast food industry and it was nothing like this at all. I had my drive thru Going non-stop under 2 minutes or had them parked in designated areas and take out their food just to keep the window running.
They don't like it when you they them what you know and how it works and that you will contact corporate office too.
