Wendy's, Tallahassee FL

The people are always friendly here but the drive thru always takes a very long time. It seems like they stay understaffed. When the food comes out the order is generally correct and the food is good. You just need to be ready to wait…which can be frustrating at a fast food restaurant.

I can't give you a description of the food because I sat there at the front counter while everybody just looked at me and no one said a word. Terrible customer service will not be back if you're going to work in the customer service industry you need to know how to address customers. I've never sat at a counter and had people look at me and never say a word to me. If that was the customer service experience I'm so glad I didn't order any food.

I meant to leave this review 2 weeks ago about how wonderful these two young ladies treated me Ms Jazz and Ms. Ricolle, they were very friendly, professional and energetic. They completely went out of their way to make sure my food was fresh and my order correct.

I waited in drive thru line for 20+ minutes to get to the order box. Then they told me that they have low staff and it’s going to be a wait. They said 10 mins.
My wife went in and there was only computer kiosk to order. They gave her the food and were out of spicy nuggets and gave her regular. Both the fries and nuggets were cold.
Worst Wendy’s service I’ve had all across the country.

Found ants on all of the tables, the floor was covered in sticky soda, and they messed up our order. Multiple times. Ordered regular nuggets, got spicy. Ordered a chicken sandwich, got a burger.

The food was not cooked properly. The chicken sandwich was rubber like in the middle. Will never order from that Wendy's again

The place looks nice and the food wasn’t bad except for their fries are usually just not as great as other Wendy’s in Tallahassee in general but I’ve experienced some uncalled for rudeness from the employees in here but hey it’s close to work.

Placed an online order for one chili to pick up in drive thru. The service was fairly quick for lunch time and the chili was fresh, hot, and tasted on point.

Well, I can honestly say I haven't been to a fast food place and there be someone so happy and willingness to help with extreme patience. Everyone was polite but one employee stuck out to me this visit I believe her name was Sara, me an my son came in on Wednesday. When we did Sara eagerly walked to the door and opened it for us which was very kind of her, I've never experienced that kind of kindness before from a fast food employee. It touched me. We ordered and got our food and left. Had to turn around due to mostly my son's sauce wasn't in the bag an I was missing a fry. As I pulled back in an got out of my car, I met by Sara at the patio with bag in hand, she asked kindly if something was missing or was it made incorrectly an how could she help? I replied I'm missing a fry an sauce for my son. She happily said she'd bring it right out to me. And she did just that plus she brought out a toy for my son and apologized for the inconvenience. Her politeness, work ethic an compassion for others will take her a long way Wendy's is lucky to have her!

Work at Publix behind Wendy's. Sometimes, only drive-through is open for no clear reason I can understand.

They're really good if you go when it's slow. I had a good experience. I went during a period of low traffic though. I imagine it's different during a rush.

The COSTCO food court has a 4.3 rating. Since your rating is less than this, I WILL NOT spend my money here. Good Luck!

East side wendys. Disappointed that the lobby wasn't open at 8: 00pm when we were traveling through.

Will not accept legal US tender, inside, from service professionals in large trucks (incapable of using the drive thru). They would rather refuse your cash than have to ring it up at a different register. Horrible representation of this company.

Omg I have such a crush on the assistant GM. Her personality is amazing. She's so dam nice. My dream girl. Just be nice & kind regardless of everything else it's so easy to do and she kills it, regardless of the fact they never have chilli! Lol at least at closing time.

I hate this location and hate more that it’s close to my house. My fries are always cold and service is subpar. Today I’m eating my fries and notice some green, slimy stuff on my fries! Disgusting! Do better! Get better employees!
