Let me tell you this school is the worst school to ever exist.
1. Mrs.hawk is a racist constantly targeting black students and always calling them "boy" which is highly disrespectful
2. Mr. Poole admitted that he was not good at teaching math saying that he was better at science and went to be a science teacher at the same school leaving all his students confused and with f's
3.mrs. Andrews is absolutely AWFUL to her students and she picks favorites.she says whatever she wants to the students and when they say anything to defend themselves, she claims they're "talking back" absolute nutjobs.
4.shout out to Mrs. Walsh, Mr. Vaile, and Dr.hayden for actually caring about the students at this school and I hope there're more teachers like this at the school

Black parents. Do not send your black sons here. A black boy named Romo was expelled because his ex girlfriend was upset he broke up with her and went to the office and lied saying he beat her. With zero proof no nothing the school expelled the boy. The girl admitted to her friends she lied and thought it was funny. The school has a duty to protect students and investigate. Unfortunately when you’re a black male it doesn’t happen here. It’s a law suit waiting to happen and Romos parents should sue for discrimination and file an appeal

Very poor teacher-student relationships. Honestly Ms. Andrew’s in particular was the worst. Don’t put your kids in the dance program. I’ve been out of highschool for 4 years and still am astounded how she can be around children. Constantly degrading them, making fun of their bodies, telling them how worthless they are and how everyone’s “making a mockery of her art”. She’s had multiple people including myself quit their passion because she’s constantly body shaming every student that walks in the door. And administration just doesn’t care. Save your child’s mental health and just don’t put them in dance.
Put them in drama. I learned a lot of important social skills and life lessons from Mr. Gaudett & Mrs. Neffs guidance

Mr. McDermott, like a brave knight in shining armor defeated a cockroach in the lunch room and saved the whole school from a Lowe rating, Mr McDermott is a true hero

This school has become very overpopulated due to so many subdivisions being built in that area and within its borders with even more subdivisions being built and planning to build in the very near future. The car line is never a stress free environment, other than the normal stress of being aware and careful of students all over the place, administrative personnel, volunteers and office staff frequently scream, disrespect and yell at parents, their children etc, while the parents are trying to navigate a line with no clear drop off point. All signs except for one say to pull up slowly and as far as possible. They finally added a sign recently for one area-the sidewalk that leads to the front office from the car line, the safest area if it was one of the actual drop off zones. It says not to drop off at that sidewalk entrance. All other signs say to pull up as far as possible, safely and slowly. No clear drop off zone at all. There is more to say but I don’t want to face any unfair backlash directed toward my child especially or myself for speaking up. I will say in all of my years, I’ve never attended or seen schools with these issues anywhere else. Not the overpopulation, I’m speaking of the very unprofessional atmosphere. It does feel very toxic and stressful. I hope they’ll improve for every students sake. They are who truly matter.
