Really great Library with very helpful staff and a very good, very diverse collection of books. The facilities are always clean and they have a private study/work rooms you can reserve in advance which is really cool

I like how efficiently they fill my order for books and DVDs to place on hold for pickup. I do it on the website and I get a text notification when the item has arrived through the interlibrary system. The checkout and returns process also seems to work accurately.

Great place, but wish they had more selection of books for children. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!

We've lived in this area for the past 26 yrs. I love both libraries. The staff is very helpful. I brought my kids and now I bring my grandson. I recommend both.

Unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. I was treated very poorly and approached by 3 different staff members (including the supervisor) during our 30 minute stay at this library for my 18 month old not wearing a mask. My oldest daughters (14 & 6) and myself all had masks on. I would not recommend going there if you have kids under the age of 2 because you will most likely be treated the same way.

I come to this library often to study. Its a public library so of course there will be children here, they have a right to be here too. I understand with covid here, we have to be cautious and wear our masks, but I was studying in a private office and the security guard tapped on the window to tell me to put my mask on, MIND YOU I AM IN THE OFFICE BY MYSELF AND I CARRY DISINFECTANCT SPRAY. That is my only complaint. Otherwise the hours are perfect and its quiet enough. Variety of books.

Horrible, TOXIC inside environment. Its is PURE CHEMICALS smelling in this Library.
Also they don't let you stay inside the building without a Mask, DISCRIMINATION!
Bunch of IGNORANTE, they don't HAVE THE CAPACITY TO REALIZED THAT MASKS & VACCINATION ARE WORST AND HARM MORE THAN SAVES YOU.
It CONTAMINATES YOUR BODY!
The Mask won't ALLOW YOU TO BREATH PROPERLY AT THE CORRECT NATURAL CYCLE OF OUR RESPIRATHORY SYSTEM AND THE ENTIRE FUNCTION OF ORGANISM!

I have been coming here for a very long time and just started to bring my son with me about 6 months ago and he loves it now as well. He just turned 4 and for a 3 now 4 year old to love the library is amazing now a days. All kids want to do is be on electronics or watch TV. Not my little man, he loves picking out books now, not only for himself but he picks ones out for me too. It's so cute. The children's section is obviously his favorite and I unfortunately can not remember the lady's name but she has always been the one there when we go with him on Saturdays after 1230pm sometime. She LOVES him and always brings a smile on her face when they see each other. It's so magical. So all in all after this long lovely rant, the West Boca Branch Library is one of our favorite places to go Saturday afternoon. I hope you guys never ever close down or move locations. I will continue to come here until I no longer can and I will make sure my son keeps coming here and with his kids so on and so forth. Thank you so much West Boca Library!

The childrens tables and the one in Front of the love seat need clean. As you enter the library it smells carpet needs cleaned and as you walkin front cement it needs pressured washed. This is not a clean place. Workers are friendly though.
