I have used them for about 5 maybe years. I am always pleased with their punctuality, and professional care of my home irrigation system. I have used the same tech (CHRIS) for that period of time and cannot say enough good things about his work.
The funny thing with west boca is that they dont ask for money at the time of service. Its sort of like, OK when youre ready give us a call and pay us. They do present you with a bill at the time of service of course, but you do have an idea of what the job will cost at the beginning of it.
I feel comfortable knowing that WBI is a member of my home maintenence "team". 5 stars for these guys,
