Every time I have brought my dog here the whole staff has been helpful and caring. They take the time to figure out any issues and follow up which is really sweet.

The loss of my sweet dog and family member of almost 17 years was heartbreaking. But, the compassion my entire family received from Dr. Rebecca Seiden and the entire team at West Boca Veterinary, was far and beyond. Dr. Rebecca was completely straight forward as to the perilous situation for my dog, all the while showing great empathy and understanding for what I was feeling. On the day we put our sweet doggy to rest, we were shown such love and patience. Thank you Dr Rebecca for your kindness, compassion and generosity.

We have had our cat, our first dog and now our second dog with West Boca. We travel nearly 30 minutes and feel that every minute is worth it. Everyone on staff make you feel like family. They have always loved our animals, answered all our questions honestly even when it was time to put our cat down. I highly recommend West Boca to be your animals doctors.

Excellent customer service very professional team we were assisted by Brenna she has great customer service skills and available to help during hard times with our pet.

We always have a wonderful experience at West Boca Veterinarian Center. The doctors are so knowledgeable and all of the workers are so kind to our dogs. Excellent Professional care and Customer Service! From the moment we brought our King Charles Cavalier into the facility, the kindness and caring was evident.

Dr. Gregg Kuehnel who examined our Cavalier was excellent in his evaluation and caring for our pet. He was extremely knowledgable in answering our questions and spent and enormous amount of time with us.

Sierra is very professional & caring. Little Man & I both appreciated her kindness. This was our first interaction with Sierra & look forward to seeing her again.

My experience with WBVC has been amazing! We specially love Dr. Kuehnel who has been taking care of our doggies for over 7 years. We recently rescued a new pup and met Lisa on our first puppy visit; we are so happy with her! Lisa is knowledgeable, friendly and took such good care of our pup Oliver. Thank you!

If I could leave a zero star review right now I would. My family has been bringing our dogs here for 10 years and we have never been treated so rudely like we have this past week. This practice has cut us off due to the fact we had asked questions regarding one of the medication‘s that they had prescribed to us. Our pup had itching going on which he gets every year because he is a pity. Usually we give him a shot and it goes away. This time around we saw doctor simons whom is not our regular cause he was not available. She is one of the owners at the practice. She is the wife of the husband that we usually see. She had prescribed around 56 antibiotic pills for our dog as well as an itching medication in pill form. We had asked why she was giving us antibiotics when he did not have any broken skin intern or wounds… just a little redness but she could barely see because she was scared to interact with our dog. …after we had asked why we received all of our dogs medical records saying that we were questioning the practice and there was no trust. Totally untrue never questioned anything in that way to presume I trust. You should be able to ask about a medication for your dog which by the way ended up making I’m vomit after the first three pills he got. We usually see Dr.kuehnel …he refused to speak to us regarding why we were no longer able to visit the practice…. Being that his wife was the one who cut us off Dr. Simmons Apparently having a relationship that long does not matter to this practice they are a rip off and honestly NOW we do not trust them and we would never ever take our dogs back there ever again. She states we can not do business if there is no trust in the practice… how bout no …we don’t trust you and your fake smile. Be wary of West Boca vet they are not as friendly as they may seem. The over prescribe just to fatten there pocket.

Katie and Molly were so helpful and amazing. As a new pup mom, I have been so anxious about making sure my girl was happy and healthy. The first vet I took her to made me feel awful and stupid when I voiced my concerns or asked for help. Here, they were patient, sweet, and extra helpful. I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was here!

Best vet center around! My kitty Opal loves this place and taking her to see Dr oschenriter is always a pleasure. The front desk manager, Stephan, always makes sure we are both satisfied with her treatment plans, they offer a wide variety of snacks and coffee for clients while they wait, So glad I found this place, it’s very professional and cozy. I will always bring all my pets here and recommend them to my friends and family.

Also while I was checking out up front I noticed they had a hedgehog in the lobby! They also see exotics and it’s such an exciting experience every time. You never know what you’re going to see! Definitely give this vet hospital a visit! 10/10

No follow through in critical care condition. Charged for unnecessary lab work despite poor prognosis. Seems like a bucket shop vet if you need more than vaccinations and nails cut.
