The owner has a horrible attitude. I called he answered the phone I told him I needed a rebuild he starts complaining that there’s a million alternators instead of asking which one I had. I had all the information on hand for what I had, what motor, serial numbers, everything needed. Then once told he said call back in 10 minutes which I did. He then said to buy a new one because they’re around $150. I asked him where I should buy a new one for the $150 that he said he had found. He then started yelling and complaining after he just said to go buy a new one. I run 2 business of my own and would never treat anyone that way nor would I tell them to go do something and then yell at them for asking for a recommendation. Poorly run business and attitude.

If you need alternator service don't go anywhere else.

Took two alternators to Chris at West Broward Alternators. One is very rare Bosch unit for an older Porsche. Before I could tell him what I wanted he rudely ran me off, sent me to his competitor. I'm probably better off from the looks of his dirty and disorganized shop.

Very nice guy! Helped me back in April 2021 with a $90 Reman Alternator trade-in and my Camry has been working very well since! Very good service and highly recommended!

Are very reliable

Gave me a bad alternator and was defensive about it after I explained it was tested and showed it was bad. Because of that I wasted so much money trying to figure out the issue with the car when he should have just given a good alternator from the beginning.

Chris is supper cool and outgoing. When you get there he will check your old alternator on his machine as advance would and if its not working or not working properly he will give you one of his that is already fix and working and keep the old one that you bring and charge you a little for it. That is If you can take your old one out.with that being said you will have a great experience because to me he looks like someone coming out of the 70s -80s. He's just cool as F.
