West Broward Community Management, Plantation FL

This is the worst company in west Broward and not deserving of using West Broward name.nobody ever answers their emails. I don't want to select any star for their service.one star is too much.

I wish I could think of something positive to say, but this company is poor. They do not return calls or e-mails. I pay my HOA fees and get zero service from them. Permits take months to approve and you have to constantly follow-up. I wish I knew how bad this company was before I bought my home. I am seriously considering of moving due to this company.

As the President of an HOA that is managed by West Broward Community Management I would have to warn anyone who is considering doing business with this company to stay away. The President, Tom Fiore, never returns phone calls, emails or text messages. He assigned an inexperienced property manager who has been licensed only a few months to manage our community.
They have not provided monthly financials, sent out coupon books, paid vendors, visited our neighborhood and are non-responsive to the homeowners.
