West Coast Behavioral Health reviews
9 Absolutely love Dr. Zia. I have been seeing her for a few years now. She is kind, patient and listens.
I highly recommend her.
Dr. ZIA, is so caring and gives you all the time you need. Barbara is an absolute joy, best receptionist I have ever met. You can't help but love them both.
Dr Zhia is the best Dr I have ever been to in my life she has helped me beyond words she is understanding kind you know when you leave her office you feel so much better she should have the best rating they can possibly give. The only I am happy to see bar none
I have seen Dr Zia for quite a few years. She is very caring and helpful to your problems.
I can definitely say I have improved so much with her help.
I would never change to another doctor and I highly recommend Dr Zia
Dr. Zia made me feel heard, seen, and understood. She never gave up and got me on the right path to living a productive and healthy life.
I was so pleasantly surprised with Dr. Zia! It was so nice to speak to a doctor who actually cares, explains and wants to be a resource for you. She was so informative, a great listener and she gave me some useful tips for ways to help my condition. She did not rush me what so ever and answered all of my questions! This lady is the REAL DEAL! Take notes doctors!
I was so happy to get an appointment here then I came down with Pneumonia and tried to reschedule and couldn’t get through. When I did they wouldn’t take me anymore. Now I realize they were blocking me. All this time I was trying over and over to get through for nothing. I was in tears after talking to them. It’s so hard to find good psychiatrists in Florida. They don’t care so why get help from them. There is no help here in Florida.
I never leave reviews, however, I believe when dealing with people’s mental health, there is little room for error. I would rate a 0 if it were optional.
I called to make an appointment to establish a new provider since I’ve just moved from Indiana. The lady was nice, took my insurance information, and set me an appointment that was roughly 3 months out.
About a week before my appointment I called and left messages at least 10 times a day for confirmation. No one ever answered the phone and despite the recorded message saying a return call would be returned within 24 hours I believe, I never once got a call back. The day before my appointment I called a total of 25 times and left several messages with no answer or return call. The day of my appointment I was running late because some how the wrong address was put in my gps. I called that morning again a total of 30 times to inform them I was running 5 minutes late and to ensure I did have an appointment. No one answered or returned my calls.
I finally get there, rush in, and stand at the window for 10 minutes while seeing the lady behind the glass doing nothing and not acknowledging me once.
Once she finally does she informs me that they don’t have a confirmed appointment for me because an issue with my insurance (but note nothing was said when I made the original appointment) and that I was called. I showed her my call log for the last 3 months and was not once called and informed of this. Now, even if I were and miss said call, the amount of times I called for a week prior to my appointment, the promised return call would have been extremely beneficial so I could find a new provider.
I was running low on my medication and needed to be seen but was not even though the appointment was made 3 months prior. This is absolutely unacceptable in the healthcare industry, which I know very well due to my husband working in the medical administration field for 20 years. This is a ball that should not be dropped by any health care provider, especially one in the mental health field.
