Best grooming my bernadoodle has ever had. The staff is personable and caring. The facility is well taken care of and my dog looked and smelled amazing.

They are irresponsible, if something happens to their dog or a dog does something to someone, they are such irresponsible people that they will not answer you, they will block you, as they did with me.a client's pitbull bit my dog ​​and they like nothing ……. Sometimes to save time we go to such horrible places with unprofessional people like this.: : : if you don't want a tragedy, avoid taking your pets there

They are always so accommodating, and genuinely care about your fur baby! They always do such a great job!

(5/25/23) (first time here) I thought the grooming went well, they did a good job and when I picked up my shih tzu he was happy to see me, he was good, but when we got home he was quiet and just wanted to lay on his bed; now going onto the third day and he's still like that, (when we pet him he's good, then suddenly he'll bite you, just strike; he'd bite before, but playful soft bits when we'd play with him (I also know when I handed him over he did try to bite them, as he didn't want to be groomed/have his hair cut/shaved, so I understand if they had to work around that) ; also when we carry him, he's good sometimes but randomly other times he's bite and growl) ; I don't know what happened or what they did but he's not his happy/active/excited self; I have to move his bed from my room to the living room so he'd move around, and I have to feed him in his bed; at least he's good when I take him outside; so I've set up a vet appointment for Tuesday (5/30/23) to see if he's okay; just really worried about him.

I have been bringing my dog here for years. They let the friendly dogs roam free inside and hang out together. They do a great job grooming my dog. She loves going there to be groomed and play with dogs.

These guys are great! Professional, friendly, and they treat the pets like their own! We have used West Coast Groomers for some years now, Richard is a great guy, I believe he is the owner, but never asked. I have seen him personally training new staff, checking them out and such. Our dogs don't love getting groomed, but taking them there, they really have had a change in their actions, no putting on the brakes at the door, lol. They are great at West Coast Groomers! Thanks y'all!

Love this place! It is always a pleasure to drop off my dog for a wash or grooming. People are so nice here. Highly recommend!
