They installed fiberglass insulation in our new home. That went fairly well. We contracted with them to do the closet shelving in our home. That was an absolute debacle. The so called scheduling guru is Stephanie and she will keep letting you know " she does the scheduling ". We paid a deposit on March 23,2023 and was told by Randy the shelves would be installed April 24,2023. I called when we didn't hear from them in late April and was told by Stephanie that She Does The Scheduling Not Randy. She told me they would be out May 4. We would have contracted with someone else if we knew it would take six weeks to get shelves. They didn't show, didn't call and didn't return my calls until after the 4th message. I requested a refund. I would stay away and hire another firm that has appreciates their customers.
