You can’t go wrong with anything from West Elm and it’s a plus that the staff is so great.
The service is just outstanding, every time I go to this store come back home happy, is not just the gorgeous furniture what does it, it's the outstanding service, so thank you to all west elm employees at dadeland, and thank you to west elm for understanding that shopping is an experience and service is a big part of it.
I’ve always loved West Elm, but today the store manager Robert really went above and beyond to help me. I had an issue with a product I never received and after reviewing the issue they were able to get me another light. He also was very patient and walked me through the store to help me find other pieces I was looking for. I couldn’t have been more grateful for his attentiveness and assistance.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ordered a planter as a gift and I decided to purchase it because it says that it will take 3 days (Estimated delivery nov 29th). Yesterday arrived the base and still until today DECEMBER 4TH haven't receive the pot yet. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING
This store is a bit pricey but there is no doubt that you will find pretty much anything you are looking for. My boyfriend and I passed by in search for a dining table yesterday and we were helped by Nicole Ulloa. She was so sweet and helpful. She went over the top to help us find everything we needed.
We we're able to take advantage of their sale so that was great. I love West Elm and I am so happy that they have such great customer service.
Very nice modern furniture and home accents. It's expensive, but I buy the sale or clearance items. You can save a lot by doing that.
They have good furniture for a good price, however, beware of their return policies. God forbid you have to return something! Their website says that they will take a 35% restocking fee for this (which I can understand as it costs money to do this). However, at someone's discretion they will decide whether they reimburse you and/or you only get the 65% store credit. So now you paid 35% of a piece and/or pieces of furniture and they cannot return the 65%? Not cool and will never buy anything here again!
The staff is amazing, they have had to help me countless times as corporate is not the best. I would recommend you always go into the store and work with their team members. If you order directly on-line you will be lost in corporate and you may never get your furniture.
Not only is this furniture overpriced for the quality but the manager Frank, has no interest in going the extra mile or even addressing a customer directly when requesting his attention. Overall horrible customer service and attitude.
Nice area, beautiful accessories and good quality furniture. It's a bit pricey but it must be there because someone can afford it. I LOVE the look and design of almost every piece in there. I shop at West Elm for my job so I always get to pick the pretty things.
If you're looking for higher-end stuff that actually looks good, maybe stay away from rooms-to-go and check this place out.besides a wide array of home furniture, there's also kitchen and decorative stuff.the staff is friendly and there's free parking in the garage with validated parking.
Ordered a faux fur throw for my brother for Christmas - and included a gift card. He had no idea who sent it because no card included. Very awkward to have to call people to see if they received your gift.
Very surprised by the awful reviews. Been here several times and never had a problem. Was offered help, never was annoyed, and had an easy checkout. Nice location, great stuff as you'd expect.
Horrid customer service. Had to ask 3 separate times for the price, stock, and sizing on EVERY ITEM I looked at. Person regularly forgot to look up info and ultimately it took so long to check stock I just walked out. Ridiculous.
Thank you Eddie! Called in from out of state to order a side table that was on back order and my local store did not have in stock. Nor were they really helpful to assist me in ordering it from another store. The associate Eddie was super helpful! He was very busy and took the time to call me back and get the details right. Finally someone in customer service was a pleasure to deal with! Wish I could say that for my local store.
Horrible manager.they charge me wrong price and place another online order which is never can be tracked and found. I have to call forever to solve it.
