West Fortune Street Fish Market, Tampa FL

Location stated they closed at 6pm on Monday I came there at 5: 30 the manager was cleaning the store refuse to open the door said they closed early because cashier went home.

Very reasonably priced for the amount of seafood you get. Don’t think i would get the fried crab again. Hard to get into the meat without the right tools. Everything else was great. Would go back.

The staff was very nice but the food was not that good at all. I had fish, Shri and a few hush puppies. This fish and shrimp lacked seasoning and the hush puppies were horrible. Oh well, now I know.

The girl that picked up the phone last Saturday had really good customer service. She helped me pick what options I had for fried fish and blue crabs. When I came in to pick up my food, staffs were overwhelmingly helpful and polite. I would 10/10 come back again!

I have nothing but good things to say about West Fortune. I am from DC and we DMV's love our crabs. I stumbled on West Fortune by accident and it was a good accident. I love my jumbo crabs steamed whole and they are the experts. I told them we are joined to the hip for life. If you want whole steamed crabs with old bay West Fortune is the place. They also have a selection of other seafood and the prices are comparable. Thanks Ryan (owner) for looking out for your customers to keep them coming back.

Just brought a dozen of steam blue crabs with garlic butter dip.they are delicious.will be my spot for now.

Only 4 stars because I haven’t tried the cooked food yet. But baaaabbyyy! BOGO small crabs can’t be beat!

I ordered a dozen butter and garlic oysters to go They were delicious. I would have wanted to see fresh garlic but other than that it was good. Perhaps I should just buy them already open and cook them at home.

This fish market has been established for years serving fresh seafood. The hot meals are phenomenal and delicious. Thank you all for your service in the Tampa Bay area.

We had been craving blue crabs for weeks so we finally decided to try this place. We are so glad we did. We got the pick 3 combo with 2 blue crabs and 2 snow crab clusters. We added potatoes, sausage, and egg. The blue crab was the freshest I've had in over 10 years. The garlic butter was so good with the spicy seasoning. The reason why I didn't give it a 5 is because I feel like they could give you more than one tiny piece of sausage and an extra egg for the price they charge for add-ons. But the seafood is so fresh and good I will be back.

Fried crabs dried out

Best seafood store in the Tampa Bay area! If you're looking for crabs this is the place. They will cook them for you. The garlic sauce is to die for!
