These people are very unprofessional and rude to the customer if you try to question anything they say. The doctor dosent even speak English and is very uneducated on different breed types and their requirements. They quote you a number over the phone for the services and charge your card double the amount without your permission. We called and tried to talk to someone about it at which point we were told the doctor dosent talk to customers directly (I guess he is too important.) and then was hung up on. Save yourself the Hassel and go to a vet that actually cares for your pet and their well-being.

Son muy mal profesional te dicen una cosa en teléfono y cuando vas aya te dicen otra cosa. Las empleadas tiene una mala actitud y te tranta el perro bien mal. They are not professionals, they don't welcome you, They Treat your dog very badly. They tell you something on the phone and them in person they tell you something else. Don't go to that doctor.the employees treat your dog badly. They have no respect

I really like this animal clinic. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Machado is great with pets. Also, they are very reasonable with their prices.

Dr. Machado has always given good service to the cats and the place is really very clean. However, today I was totally pleased about Dr. Machado's engaging attitude towards me and my pet Tuna. All the staff encountered today was really courteous, I honestly, didn't always feel that way.

They are not welcoming at all, I have the sweetest dog on earth, they muzzled him and put him in a choke hold simply because my dog was acting excited. This isn’t the first vet I’ve been too & never have i had a bad experience with my dog at a vet. They could careless whether your pet is comfortable or not. Every other place I’ve been too, they make it priority to make your pet as comfortable as possible before proceeding. They didn’t care about my dog at all, they simply muzzled him and put him in a choke hold. Then they said “rowdy dog i see” like excuse me? Mind you my dog is a puppy he wasn’t rowdy at all and is super well behaved. I didn’t appreciate the bad attitude or the mistreatment of my dog. They seemed very bothered at the fact that my puppy was scared and was having a hard time getting comfortable. This is the absolute most worst experience I’ve had. So please avoid this place. The lady at the front desk is a sweetheart, but she was the only welcoming person in that entire building. Never coming back to this place. They don’t care about your pet

Not a good experience at all. They seem like they can only handle calm dogs. Our dog had anxiety once he stepped his paws in there. They were not welcoming, did not make the dog feel comfortable whatsoever. They wanted the dog placed on table immediately and wanted no part of it. No effort.
On another note, we are bilangual, spanish/english. One of the vets, spoke to her co-worker in spanish, (I'm assuming not realizing we speak spanish as well) and mentioned "can't with that dog, can't at all" - Bad mouth towards our dog way too fast, especially for our first visit. They wouldn't allow our dog to have water, since it was clear he needed it. We ourselves had to request and recommend specific behavior towards the dog. Gave the dog no space to get comfortable. They were clearly annoyed from the start, didn't speak much to us, was just a bad experience overall. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bring our dog here twice, and gets diagnosed with ear infection both times. The second time we were extremely concerned because the dog had been breathing EXTREMELY fast, and hadn’t eaten in a few days. Vet says it’s “because he’s in pain from his ear infection” and that there was nothing wrong with him. Bring home antibiotics, anti-inflammatory meds, and appetite meds… Dog dies three days later. Extremely unhappy. Never bringing my pets here again. Very dismissive and does NO diagnostic work to confirm diagnosis.

I was recommended to this vet by two different people. They got me in today as an emergency visit although they were booked.

My dog needed stitches and a drain. They are very professional and I will definitely be back.

Very caring, nice group of animal lovers. Dr. Machado is always good, his team is excellent.

They have a unwelcoming feel and do not let you know that there is a 3 year shot i went to vet school so I'm familiar with all vet shots and what there for.

Please don’t even try to take your dog to this vet, i bring my dog in march 3rd and he misdiagnosed with a kidney infection and give the whole treatment and they says want to see her again in 2 months, 3 weeks laters in just one day she stop eating and get really sick i took her again to the same place and he says is a kidney failure she wont survive, he was so cold and indifferent i feel so bad, next day i took her to Colonial hospital they run with her make a urinal test and also a eco and just with that they found out wasn’t a kidney infection or failure, was pyometra and the vet says she was in so bad shape she wont survive to a surgery, if she was diagnosed right in march 3rd she would have survive! She just pass away today, is so painful and hard to believe!

We had brought our Rottweiler in for her vaccines. Bringing our dog completely healthy. The dog was not even hesitant to go with the vet. The vet DID NOT let us go in with our own dog to help. Upon the vet bringing back our dog, HE INFORMED US OUR DOG PASSED AWAY. The vet and staff did not seem to even care about our dogs passing. We will be bringing the vet to court on how all of a sudden our dog “passed out and died”. If you have a loved dog DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. I am trying very hard not to cry upon writing this. The day is 11/27/21 and she will be remembered. I attached pictures of the paperwork.

Where do I start off this vet is extremely careless I took an 11 puppies to do a very simple procedure of tail docking unfortunately this vet did not do his job properly he did not seal the puppies tails correctly and unfortunately they bled out five of my 11 puppies bled out and died hours after having this procedure done you reach out to the staff the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional if you love your puppies or your pets do not take them to this facility if you don’t know how to do a service he shouldn’t do it

Claimed HEALTHY dog who was there just for vaccines died suddenly of diarrhea in their lobby moments before returning them. Will not cooperate with questions about what happened, was very rude and and uncaring about loss of life

Super nice staff and way more affordable than other clinics. After one visit, this will now be my vet of choice for my dogs care.
