Allowed all kind of arbitrary in the cesárean procedure of my daughter. They almost killed her, nobody went outside to report to the family and they almost push me out when I tried to ask for her. The nurser Natalie said: We never go to talk with family, that only happens in movies.

It is a very good hospital and I am happy for them to take care of my husband very well. But what has bothered me a lot is that some nurses do not know how to do many things, they only know how to scan patients' bracelets and give them the medicines.they look like robots.some floors do not know how to change an ileostomy bag or a colonoscopy bag it's a bit frustrating to see that they tell you that they weren't taught to do that in one day they changed my husband's bag three times all three times they did it wrong he got an allergy that had raw skin I think the floors must have a little more communication with other floors for this type of thing when they don't know what they are doing in some patients or give them a good training how things should be done.some are rude to patients and patients' families they have to be taught again the others have good chemistry and good energy and patience because they like what they do with the patients

Today was terrible.
One of my daughters was born there and everything was fantastic.
Today everything is closed, the cafeteria and everything is now accessible only to the staff. And to top it off, a man in charge of a construction at the entrance screaming. In a very rude way I treat my daughter who was walking through a passage that apparently It "belongs" to the man.or maybe he 'thinks he owns the Hospital. Terrible experience today. I won't go back until everything changes there, as it was before. (Hopefully').
I do not recommend this place.
