They don’t listen de clients request. Don’t go. I gave my instructions and Also sent a photo to them to be more specific. And logically they could see that it was not a poodle, they did not use their common sense. My dog is a GoldenDoodle and after grooming, she looks like a Poodle.

Great experience! They did listen to our request and our dog looks super cute. He suffers from anxiety and the salon is super calm which helped a lot. Normally when I come in I hear my dog barking and crying, with them I didn’t hear him at all. Smells great, clean, and very good atmosphere.

Sparky is a toy poodle and you could imagine how difficult it is to groom him, for the past 2 years I was doing it on my own I would take 4 hours so I decided to bring him here and I couldn’t be any happier. No appointments, I left my female dog at 1: 30 and pick she at 4 after they sent me a text. Good price, my dog is clean and smell good. This is my 1st visit there, I'll observe my dog to see how she acts after leaving the place.

I cannot recommend Felicia highly enough. It was recommended through a Facebook group and I am so glad they gave it to me. My puppy Georgia was 8 months old and she had never been groomed, she is also very skittish around strangers. Felicia took the time to let Georgia adjust to her and assured me that she would be in good hands. I went back to look for her and she and Felicia were BFFS! It felt so good knowing that Georgia didn't bite or react and she did so well during her prep. Felicia was the best person to handle my scared puppy. Thank you Felicia for providing Georgia with a safe place and for always putting puppies first! I will never go anywhere else

Took my Jack Russell for a walking grooming. Got there 10 am. Lady was acting like she didn't even want to be there. Said she'd call me at 2 and didn't give me a ticket or a text confirmation of receiving the dog. Calls me at 2: 20 and after 1 ring hangs up. After I returned her call she said my dog was ready. I pick her up and get the same attitude. Then notice my dog stinks and her eye bugers are still there. Horrible job. Not even sure if they drained her anal gland like she said they would. She did do 1 thing. She gave my dog a little bandana. Not recommended for anyone who cares about their dog.
