This is my store, I'm always in here, for Dive Equip, fishing gear etc, the staff is helpful, they know I love that flow grown gear and they save my size for me they rock.

Jeff and Deb continue to exceed expectations when other employees brushed me off after I was looking for a bahamas courtesy flag. Jeff and Deb searched every inch of the store and found the last flag they had available the day before I departed to the bahamas. Excellent doesn't even cover their level of customer service. If they worked for me I would give them a raise because they always go above and beyond for me. Grateful for you Jeff and Deb! -Capt. Mike-

I haven't hit up a West Marine in a while as the ones by us up north closed. We stopped into this location to grab some fishing poles for the kiddos while in Florida.

Unfortunately they don't have much of a selection for younger kids that are still getting acclimated to using different types of poles. If we needed some equipment then we would for sure be here, but younger kids don't need to spend a fortune to have a fun time.

Went here & was assisted with getting things for my boat by Tomas & the young lady at the register who was very very helpful. Then I went to the Ft. Lauderdale store & Jim helped me order a part for my boat.

Just want to thank Wendi the store manager for her patience and excellent customer service! I had an item to return and I’ve had some issues in the past getting it handled and she effortlessly took control of the situation and made my day. It was a pleasure to walk in today and receive great customer service. Great job Wendi!

The flagship west marine doesn't disappoint. Huge store with everything pros and new boaters need.

You will never get off their catalog mailing list even if you didn’t sign up!

I’m sure they’re a good store but somehow they got ahold of my name and address, even though I never signed up for anything from them and they continue to send me catalogs and mailers! For over three years I’ve called, I’ve emailed (over 10 times), I’ve done everything to try to get off their list and they just ignore it. It’s so disrespectful. I have such a bad feeling about them now I would never buy anything there.

We were visitors and unfamiliar with the layout, which can be pretty daunting because there is so much there. Fortunately Francis came over to help me. I showed him my shopping list and he grabbed a cart and walked me through the store to find every single item. So much better than just spewing out a list of aisle numbers! He knows the store intimately and was quick and cheerful.

Everything boat and marine sport related. I really think the kayak amd paddle boards were are decent price compared to bass pro. The only thing I didnt see was canoes. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and we were able to find the polyurethane paint we needed for our canoe for the same price as amazon.

My husband dragged me along and I actually loved the store. They have everything and the people working were so helpful and kind.
