Only two workers in the whole store and one of them can't leave the front to help me find what I need and the other is busy helping others while I wonder the store looking for a part.

Friendly and Knowledgeable staff, but the prices are exorbitant. Only go here if you need it today.

They have everything you need for your boat, a little pricy but that's Boating for ya, $$$. If they don't have it in stock they get it fast for you, and they do accept returns on most items so that makes me comfortable I go there alot, very good stores.

Didn't have what we were looking for, and several of the shelves were empty. Not the first place we will look in the future.

Super friendly and helpful staff at this location. SO, if my rating were based on staff and the tidy store, it would have been 5 stars. That said, I knocked it down a star because the inventory isn't as thorough as it used to be and we often find ourselves looking elsewhere for basic items. Corporate needs to bring back the variety that they used to offer. Since it is a specialty store it's not surprising that the prices would be higher but before all of this inflation this year, we noticed the prices to be bloated almost double what other retailers sell the same items for. A good example is Home Depot selling the same brand of teak oil for nearly half what West Marine sells it for.

The associates were most helpful as we looked for hard to find items. They even researched recommendations from their personal phones to help us. Thank you West Marine

Very expensive. If you need something right away related to boating it's the store to go to. Since they changed owners several years ago it jas become more of a boutique. The sales for consumables such as toilet paper and marine deodorizer for tanks have gone away. It was alwaus a good idea and brought myself and others to the store and I alwaus bought something else. Don't shop there much anymore. They also messed up the computer system and for uears when I give my phone #, even the clerks remark about the messed up file. After several calls I jave given up. West marine is my last resort to buy things.

They always have the parts you need, but they're pretty proud of them, so the prices are high.

Decent selection of boating parts and accessories, as well as outdoor apparel and fishing supplies.

Buy most of my things here but after this past experience won't be coming back. I purchased a terra fuel transfer pump for father day from the store in person. Upon first use it had a cut in hose so i brought it back for a replacement and they told me they don't carry the item anymore so I asked for credit to use on my next purchase in store. They refused and told me I need the original receipt (which I no longed have). But I pulled up my credit card statement to show them the amount and purchase from their store and they still refused. I told them to pull it up in their system and they say they don't keep that information.which I think is a lie to keep me from returning it.

Always open and have a great inventory. Everything from electrical to bottom paint and gel coat.

The manage Ryan will not price match anything do NOT bother going there! Store manager Scott needs to be fired.

We came in West Marine dressed in West Marine clothes. (Dressed nice) Doug and Danny both assumed we came in there to steal something. Making comments like, ive been watching you! And let me check your bag b4 we left store! Rude assumptions!
If you can get your products through Amazon or E-Bay do it! There are many Marine stores on-line for 1/2 the price. Don't be afraid to look!

I bought a new boat (my first one) and stopped at the store to get help with initial accessory purchase. I can’t thank Danny enough for his help. He walked the store with me and went down my list. He made suggestions and saved me money by talking to me about needs vs wants. Everything I bought we talked about dimensions, length and what was best for MY boat and setup. He then came out with me and helped me get my boat straight. What a great experience. Thank you Danny for taking a very stressful experience and making it easy. I forgot the cashiers name but she was awesome as well. 100% a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Kuddos to West Marine.

Good selection. Their rod and reel counter support person was amazing and a wealth of information. He truly knows the area and all about rod/reel/lure combos.

Had to buy stuff and had to have someone else pay over the phone. And the staff was super helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make sure we left with everything we needed!

This is the only place locally that you can get soft copper multistrand wire in 2awg, 3awg, 4awg, 6awg, 8awg, and 10awg. It's a little more per foot than the other online suppliers however if you need it now this place has it. They where out of number 4 the day I went. No worries 2 worked

More expensive than online but really helpful for those jobs when you don't know everything you need. Go brick and mortar!

Ask for Bob. He offers great customer service. He found out what we needed, got the various parts together and showed us how to put it all together. Even told us what tools we would need. All this with a smile and friendly attitude! It is rare to get customer service like this nowadays.
