West Marine, Stock Island FL

West Marine is very well stocked compared to Feb 2022. I was left free to roam up and down the aisles gathering ideas for after my vacation.

This place Rocks! Manager Penny has done a great job keeping this very important marine supply store in check. Great customer service. Leona and Larry are always super accommodating and freindly every time I go in there. (which is a lot). If they dont have it, they will make sure they get it. Thanks for having such a great team near where my marina is West Marine.

Poor service had to find someone to help me with finding what I needed and it was like it was to much trouble for the employee not that friendly and this store had hardly any stock very poor

Staff here is very professional and knowledgeable at their jobs. The prices here are very high but the quality of items is very good.

You found all you need for your fishing and boat needs here. High quality products. Expensive but I certainly recommend it

They did not have what I was looking for, and when looking around, the prices at West Marine are very high compared to other stores.

Some fishing tackle items are often out of stock, but likely the result of covid/pandemic factory shortages.

Disgusting place that will be out of business soon. Male Karen wasn't wearing a mask but told me to put one on so I bought $800 of bottom paint at other store. Two days later my wife asked for help with paint thinner and the clown said he couldn't help because he didn't paint. Get woke go broke comrades:)

Consistently the worst customer service ever. I guess it's expected I would know the layout and purpose of every item they sell. Not impressed.

Where you can find almost everything for your boat needs! Both location in Key West have awesome staff!

This is a smaller West Marine than most of the other stores BUT the customer service is better than the other stores. They had a lot of awesome hardware, fishing gear, and just about everything we need!

I was assisted in the store today with tracking down an item in short supply, ended up having to go to the big store downtown but I was able to call and reserve it as it was the last one to be had from here to fort Lauderdale. Thanks for helping us get the job done.

Limited services and small selection and poorly organized. But it's a small building. Staff was polite so I recommended calling ahead a seeing if they supply what your looking for.

West Marine seem to have everything we wanted but they are definitely on the expensive side on quite a few things.

Very helpful. A little messy of a store, but it seems they are always busy. Really really good help. If they don't have it, they can order it too.

A little pricey, however, you get what you pay for. Everything is of superb quality, they have excellent selection, knowledgeable courteous staff, AND a great warrantee and return policy.

Night and day difference. The folks at this store are great. Didnt have the product I needed but offered lots of options to resolve my needs. They were very knowledgeable about Garmin products and answered all my questions. A much better experience than the Marathon West Marine. These folks actually seem like they like thier jobs!
