I went in to the Winter Haven store yesterday and was greeted right away by the friendly associate at the counter. I explained that I was picking up my New boat next week and needed some final items. He was very knowledgeable on the products, offered reading material to insure I was good to go, and even showed me how to save a few dollars. It was a very refreshing experience to walk into a retail store with that kind of service.

Store is alright. The folks working here are nice but you feel embarrassed and feel like your being watched. Like even more than a store with cameras. Clean store with life vest boat supplies tools fluid paper towels snorkel gear and more.i don't actually own a boat but I come here once in a while just to see what they have. Sometimes they have stuff for a pool day or ocean fun fishing stuff clothes and stuff like that. So I don't really know if the workers are knowledgeable. This seems overpriced as to what I've seen I'd like if y'all had lower prices on the stuff folks would buy.

Knowledge of salespeople is very minimal. Store isn't stocked well and watch out if paying with cash. You won't get it back if you buy something that needs to be returned. Won't get my business again.

Why even open if there's signs on the door stating "Be back in 30 minutes"? Come on now - just close for the day and change your hours permanently. This is ridiculous

Great store for us boat owners and fishermen.

Odd as this sounds, they never have anything I need, or even if they can get it, it has to be ordered. Well, I can order stuff myself.for the 2ond time I wanted a radio, they were out. I have a set of there speakers, lost a knob, went in to get a replacement, no longer available. Frustrating. Needed fasteners for a seat I have, not available. Hard for me to give em much of a positive rating.

The Winter Haven Fl location seems to be nothing more than an accessory store. They do not seem to have any Mercury parts in stock, Everything I have needed for what is routine maintenance, they haven't had.

Lack of stock. Came in for a basic fuel line set up. Everything was picked through and gone. Employees followed me around the store like I was stealing. Just because I have tattoos I am guessing? I hate that. They employees where maybe 16 and had no knowledge of boats or what I was asking. Thanks for the insult and wasted trip

Has a lil bit of everything you need for the boating world. Although it was lacking in the fishing department.

Was shopping for a chartplotter and Shawn went over different options and was very knowledgeable he gave me his full attention explaining my options and showing and demonstrating hands on how it works, I will be making my purchase here and recommend others do the same.

Great Customer Service, and helpful
Went in on a Sunday to get bunk carpet to repair my trailer, Employee went out of his way to make sure I found what I was looking for.

10-5 worst hours EVER. They open after everyone goes to work and close before anyone gets off. Add that to the over priced products, people who should never own a boat much less try to help you with yours this place gets a 1 star. Their site even says 6pm but nope. They close at 5pm
