Not as big as the Fort Myers store and the price for a bow light was 2 1/2 times any other place.

If you need something for your boat this is not the store to come to. Severely lacking in any inventory or the staff to help you with.

Lots of products and helpful staff. I am able to order many products online and have them shipped to store at no charge.

Had the shoes I went in there for on sale 20 bucks off and I had 10 buck loyalty discount so $80 shoes cost me 50 bucks. Had my size and half size up and down in-stock. What more could you ask?

It was a candy store for everything marine. The staff were extremely helpful and the store was well stocked and layed out. Terrific place.

This West Marine is like walking into your favorite Ace Hardware store. Friendly faces welcome you and ask sincerely if you need any help. I'm glad my kayak search led me here! Thank you Charlie, Tom, and Anthony. I love my new kayak!

Tried to pickup a product that has been back ordered for a couple months from the fort myers store,
The employee looked it up and said they had a few in Punta gorda, but doubt they would sell any as it’s probably being held for an electronics installer,
He called for me and this was in fact the case, he told me this is not typically allowed and to call back in a couple days and see if they would sell to me, after days of phone calls and an email to corporate, I finally received a call from the store manager, his attitude was sarcastic and snickering, they finally called the buyer who was going to come into purchase,
They held this product for weeks if not months, and did not follow up untill they got a phone call from corporate

Buy somewhere that wants your money and cares

Though they can be quite expensive, they usually have what I need available today. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Terrible customer service at this location, Malcolm was very rude on the phone I’ll think twice before ever going to this West Marine for anything.ever again.
