I loved this clinic! They provided excellent care to my pet Monchys, a cat with a urinary tract infection, the prices are adapted to the economic reality and the doctors work with love and the girls at the front desk are super friendly!

They answer all questions and treat you with the most care and compassion. Now about Dr. Ramos, if you want the best care for your furry baby she is the one to go to! Since she saw my little Bruno she was very considerate and caring about my little pet. She was very detailed about my pet’s needs and helped with everything he needed. Do not go to this place.there is a doctor who does not hide her interest only in money, I had a very unpleasant experience with my pet, I arrived with an emergency because my pet's doctor was not working that day, and this clinic was the closest, and what he gave was an estimate with a list of tests that turned out to be unnecessary for the diagnosis, even though it was an emergency, that my pet could be dehydrated and that I had already signed accepting an estimate, no They could attend to her until she paid, since I had to wait for my sister to arrive.
Then he gave us the estimate for the medications, a very exaggerated estimate.we did not accept it.
When her doctor saw her, it was another diagnosis and thank God my pet is fine now.
They have no consideration for the animals or the owners.

I had a terrible experience, they are only interested in money, they do unnecessary tests, they do not explain anything and give wrong diagnoses, zero professional ethics, zero empathy with animals. I do not recommend it.

I had the worst experience in this place, I arrived with my emergency dog, vomiting blood, and the doctor did not attend to her until my daughter arrived, who was the one who was going to pay despite me having signed an estimate accepting it and taking responsibility, I They gave a wrong diagnosis, and a list of exaggerated medications that had nothing to do with the diagnosis, and her veterinarian who saw her later was able to confirm it for me since she couldn't that day.
He confirmed that neither the diagnosis nor the medications were required for the symptoms.
They are incompetent, negligent and their only interest is money. I do not recommend it

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Christian Perales and the entire team at West Miami Animal Hospital. Dr. Perales has performed two significant surgeries on my dogs, Chocolate and Princess, and his exceptional skills have given them a new lease on life.

From the outset, Dr. Perales showed immense dedication and compassion. When Chocolate was in a critical state, he acted swiftly, employing his impressive surgical expertise to save her life. Post-surgery care was equally outstanding, ensuring Chocolate had a speedy and comfortable recovery.

Princess also received top-notch treatment under Dr. Perales's care. A complex dental surgery was handled with the utmost professionalism, significantly improving her quality of life. He carefully explained the procedure, risks, and postoperative care, which reassured us during what was a stressful time.

I have been coming to this place for many years, circa 2016. Yesterday was the worse day of my entire life. I lost my boy Monico. The most heart wrecking experience. I am devastated with a whole in my chest. It hurts to even breath. I just wanted to stop and say Thank You to Dr. Perales and the other ones from the medical staff involved. This young girl that I don’t know her name, but you know who you are. Thank you for showing sympathy for me for what I was going through. Thank you, Dr. Perales for being so honest and for helping my boy leaving his broken body and stop suffering. I will always be grateful.

Unless you’ve got money to throw away on people who don’t know what they’re doing, do not bring your pet here. I was charged $600 for a dental cleaning for my dog which I stupidly paid, only to come back for the same procedure two years later to be charged $1500 for literally the same exact thing. When I looked at the bill, it’s clear that they’re just tacking on a ton of extra, unnecessary stuff to rack up the price. When I asked the doctor why the price had jumped so drastically, all he did was go down the bill and list the price of everything instead of providing any real explanation. I then proceeded to ask the doctor if I could just get the simple cleaning and mandatory x-rays and bloodwork (which like im not a doctor but I don’t understand how getting x-rays of my dog’s heart had anything to do with her getting her teeth cleaned but whatever) and he quoted me $958 for the once $600 procedure. They told me it was expensive because they needed to be “gentle with my dog” which I didn’t realize was something that I needed to pay a premium for instead of it being like basic human decency. Needless to say, I walked right out. On that same note, about a year ago I took my dog to get treated for a leg injury and paid over $1000 just for her to get misdiagnosed by these doctors. We took her to another vet and her leg was treated and quite literally fixed for $400. This place is purely in the business of ripping people off.

I bring all of my dogs here, one of which has been coming here for 9 years. Dr. Perales has always been the best at recommending treatments for our pets but understanding that money does not grow on trees so he doesn’t push when we decline certain offers. My dog has allergies and based on the seasons, sometimes his skin is worse than other times. When Dr. Perales has seen this, he’s given us medicine for the dog and it always helps. In the last few days, my dog has been scratching at his eye and it is now swollen and has some blood on it. I wanted to buy something online to help clean it out but didn’t want to get the wrong product that might make it worse so I made an appointment for my parents to take him today and also to get his rabies shot because it’s due this month. Dr. Perales was not there today, there was a woman named Dr. Ramos. She began telling my parents about all the shots they offer which will total to about $400 and they have an allergy test that’s close to $3000. We cannot afford this so my parents declined and asked for the rabies shot and were going to ask for meds they could put on his eye but they didn’t get a chance because Dr. Ramos begins YELLING at my parents saying since they are declining the services then she is going to report them for abusing our dog. Had she taken a minute to read his chart she would see that he did an allergy test when he was younger and they were not even able to find out what he’s allergic to. He’s never misses a vet visit. Would an abused dog have all his vaccines and go to every visit? This money hungry lady is crazy and unprofessional. You should never yell at anybody let alone a customer at your JOB. I have already found another vet and requested a call from Dr. Perales but I will never take any of my dogs here ever again because of this psycho.
