Lazara in Deli stands out! Her customer service was over the top. She is very courteous, held small conversation and made me feel special.

Good produce, good Baker, very polite and nice staff, very clean and organized. A good place to shop.

Clean, organized, with a wide and upscale selection. Everything seems fresher than most other stores. Very aesthetically pleasing in both interior and exterior design and layout. Well staffed. Possibly my favorite Publix in the area.

Watch out for prices at Register they charge you more. Produce Department is a "mess" they show a price but at register is another. The quality of the produce is bad especially Organic and extremely over priced. The signs show an item but what is under the price is something else. They pack the potatoes next to the onions bags and the potatoes go bad. They have overpriced everything taking advantage of Pandemic. Yes the facility is comfortable and convenient but not very well managed.

Was a bit shocked that 2 people got into elevator without mask. More shocked that they were at customer service counter being helped and still no mask.

Prices are higher than most Publix, but I rather cut expenses in other areas to be able to enjoy shopping there. Amazing staff and a wide variety of items to choose from.

After eating lunch here and studying on my phone the manager let me know that customers where complaining that i was there too long when i was just about to purchase somthing else to eat so i calmy left

I so much enjoy this Publix been here twice, it's just so calm and not as busy as other ones I visit. Very nice staff, elevators are spacious, and parking is not bad. I do visit at night time tho. I recommend, my daughters love it.

Super convenient grocery store. Clean, with lots of varieties. The best part is that it's open till 11pm

There are no negative comments to share here. Clean aisles. Well stocked shelves. Friendly team that's eager to assist. No weird smells. Easy customer service. Uncommon variety of products not readily available ay just other markets, that's very appreciated.

The checkout experience is wonderful there are few I try to stay away from because they make it an issue that I don't know Spanish but a lot of them are very friendly and the Baggers are very courteous and very hard-working. I continue coming back so they must be doing something right the.other than a few cold shoulders here and there they are pretty good and the cleanliness of the store is usually a hundred percent which is important if you're buying food there. At times their produce department is pretty good but then there are times where it seems like they just don't want to throw things away like take last night for example the okra was all rotted and had all kinds of fungus growing on it. There was a few other selections I can't think of right now that were a real turn-off in that department and a few items I had that did look good in produce I ended up putting back because I had such an uneasy feeling about buying them. I know they come down hard and apartments when they throw things away but they really have to take the loss when it comes to Fresh items for the quality of the product that you expect from a Publix supermarket and for the customers health of course

Very expensive Publix. Workers are not what I expected in a Publix. I'm disappointed and have quit shopping there. I shop in another Publix in Miller Road. It is much better.

This is my neighborhood Publix, it's a new building with plenty of parking. They have a great variety of products, both by recognized brands and their own, which is of great quality. Their produce section is always fresh and fully stocked, as well as their meat department. They have a bakery in there, which bakes daily fresh products and cakes. Their personnel is knowledgeable and kind, always willing to help a costumer. Prices can be a bit high but they have plenty of special offers, you just have to be willing to look around. I'm glad they opened this building and would recommend it to everyone.

Nice, clean location. Employees park on top of parking deck, so be careful if you park on the back row of the first floor of parking deck as I’ve been nearly hit by employees flying by in their cars quite a few times.

This location is seriously lacking in produce. I rarely can actually purchase all the vegetables on my list and have to go to another store to get everything.

The MOST EFFICIENT Deli department ever! Always gracious, respectful, joyful and FAST! They are all GREAT! The ladies and the guys. Don't be afraid if you see a crowd, tjey will fly by it in a heartbeat. I have been a Publix customer for over 30 years. This is by far the most efficient deli ever. It's a joy to order cold meats there. Publix should recognize tgat team and have the res learn their secret!
