West Palm Beach Service Plaza

Conveniently located in the Turnpike, can be very useful when doing a long trip. Bathrooms need a little bit more of organization, but they are acceptable, given the amount of people that pass by every day. Food options are good.

This place is pretty nice! As a trucker heading in to Miami it's a relief to be able to pull in grab supplies and take a break without having to leave the highway. Bonus is they have a freaking windshield washer! Wish all rest stop would follow! Great job guys! Thank you!

This a fine place to take a dump, get some gas, some choke-and-puke gut bombs, and freeze-dried ice cream. Very safe atmosphere since there's a highway patrol station as part of the service area.

This is a really great place to stop and recharge on your travels along the Florida Turnpike. They have several restaurants to choose from and a little gift shop filled with lots of Florida themed gifts. The restrooms are very clean and there are plenty of stalls which means little to no wait time.

They also have kiosks where you can purchase a Sunpass if you don't have one (I highly recommend it).

One last thing. maps says that there isn't a Northbound entrance, but this is incorrect. There is no need to get off at exit 97 and get back on the Southbound side.

Not following Covid protocol. Dunkin Doughnuts had no coffee. Pizza Hut shelves empty while employees were just standing around while customers waited. Super expensive!

Clean restrooms. I was disappointed that they don't sell Florida orange juice at a Florida Turnpike rest stop.

Stopped at Burger King and pizza hut. Overpriced not fresh wings. 6 for $9.67 + tax@ Pizza Hut.
Slow service at Burger King. Got chicken sandwich, it was dripping with mayo (too much) and got onion rings. Both were fresh and hot though.
Plaza itself was clean and in great condition. Bathroom clean and fully stocked.
Store was also clean and fully stocked.

Who ever the Manager of Dunkin Donuts in this service plaza please retrain your employee. I was traveling south bound on Friday early in the morning when I stop for coffee bought two donuts. James the front cashier saw me standing and waiting to be serve. Instead of asking me how may I help you, he keep talking to his coworker. It take James 8 minutes to finally asking me what I want. 8 minutes! James keep talking to his coworker as I repeatedly asking for strawberry and chocolate frosted Donuts. I know is early in the morning but pay attention to your customer, my order is not complex. I am really disappointed with the whole experience. I love Dunkin Donuts and always have great experince, however in this service

Very crowded, soda vending machines had no ice, restrooms were very clean, parking is Ok, food court very crowded.

Very clean and a great pit stop on the way to whatever your destination may be! Avoid the stress of driving
Hwy 95.hit the turnpike! So worth the reasonable tolls!

I guess when you pull into these places you should expect to get robbed. Poor selection bad prices.

Rude security guards forced about 6 drivers to move from safe non obstructing "creative" parking spots. Forced me to drive even thought my drive time was spent

Out of 5 restaurants only 2 were open and had super long lines. When I finally got my order and went to look for a chair the chairs and tables were filthy. The chairs had foot prints on them like if people had been walking on top of them!

Clean, has what you need and I love the Dunkin’ Donuts here they always get my coffee right! Also clean bathrooms!

Like every other service plaza in Florida…. Same fast food selection, clean facility, bathrooms could have done with a little sprucing up, pet area, petrol, sunshine market, brochures, indoor and outdoor eating and easy access in and out. Good place to stretch your legs.
