7The Walgreens Pharmacy at this Mall it is way better than the one on SW 147 Ave and 88 St. It's bigger, cleaner, smells better, besides it's newer, and more than anything the employees here treat people way better. Especially at the pharmacy when filling prescriptions. They don't give a hard time and attitude like in the other one some female employee there that I forgot her name does.
Good amounts of parking. Good accessible entrances. A good setup of stores with variety aswell as convenience in mind.
It's a shame that the main business in this square is a Balsam. What a waste of a place
The area on 152nd Street going south always floods when it rains. It's REALLY bad for small cars. The parking lot is a one-way so lots of people block traffic or go the wrong way. The parking is also a little tight. There should be more parking for the gym. There is always a lot of traffic in the area due to the preschool and gym. The Publix store is clean, but the managers there are terrible.
It's a mixture of old and new. But.it has almost everything: dollar tree, taco bell, a good restaurant, a well stocked store and a nice laundry. Day care, subway.
Bunch of retail shops, plenty of parking spots and tasty eateries like Rinconcito
As far as a shoping Plaza goes I give it a 8 1/2 out of ten. It's got very good stores and buildings are well kept. Parking is ample and very well designed.
