This place is full up on cockroaches to the point they end up infesting your car. Even if your car is spotless. Also full of bedbugs. Maintenance doesn’t show up. Office doesn’t answer calls. Hallways are disgustingly filthy. They are quick to get on renters about things yet they will leave you with broke. Air conditioning and other issues and completely ignore their responsibilities to you. They are slum lords. They also are not really there to help people. They may be “low income” but they are quick to kick you out if you make $1.00 over or a $1.00 less. They do not work with you. You can literally hear everyone in the building while in a unit. It has potential to be a nice place just not the proper management or maintenance team to pull it off. I will update this review when they be better.

Santana is the best worker this community has, I really appreciate the effort and the help that he make every day for all the tenants.

Also for new guy that works in the office, watch your mouth because you don’t know who can understand what you are saying and don’t be racist if someone wanna ask for help in Spanish and laugh about it, is not my fault that you can’t understand or speak more than one language.

Everything is very nice, but you get tired of calling to get on the list and no one answers the phone. It's a pity, the truth is, I hope they improve.

If you plan to move into these apartments, I just want to give you some advice, make sure there are no bed bugs in your apartment, I have been living here for a few months I bought my new bed before moving in and a few days ago my bed was damaged by bed bugs and my son 2 years old they bite him and when I went to the office they told me that i had brought bed bugs, my question is how did I bring bed bugs if I have no furniture and my bed is new and they told me that I had to pay 450 $ to have them fumigated and if not I wanted to pay that it was better for me to move but that they would charge me a fee to break the contract I had no choice but to pay the 450 $ for them to fumigate I had to get rid of my things because there were still live insects after the first fumigation and I had to throw everything away, so if you don't want the same thing to happen to you, just make sure there are no bed bugs,

I have been living here for a year and a half and I feel very pleased with all the administrative staff and especially maintenance staff, whenever I have had a difficulty they come immediately, especially Mr. Santana, thank you very much
